objective to compare the anti-aging effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides and tanshinone on the skin of d-galactose-induced mice aging model.methods 60 female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=15):mice in normal control group received subcutaneous injection of normal saline and mice in the other 3 groups received cervicodorsal injection of d-galactose［1000 mg/(kg1·d)］ for 42 d to establish subacute aging model.the experimental groups included agingmodel group,lycium barbarum polysaccharides ［200 mg／group,tanshinone ［1 500 mg／］ group.forty two days later,the dorsal skin samples were collected to determine sod activities、mda and hydroxyproline contents.

60只雌性昆明种小鼠，随机分为4组(n=15)：正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水；其余3组每日颈背部皮下注射 d-半乳糖［1000 mg/］造成小鼠衰老模型，同时各组分别灌胃生理盐水、枸杞多糖［200 mg/］、丹参酮［1 500 mg/］。42 d后，测定小鼠背部皮肤组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶活力、过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛含量和皮肤羟脯氨酸含量。

Methods: Patients with colonal adenoma were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, under colonoscope, normal sodium and adnephrin combined with normal sodium (1∶20000) was injected submucosally respectively,then colonal adenoma was resected. Therapeutic effect and complication were compared.

在结肠镜下治疗大肠腺瘤时，采用随机对照设计，设试验组和对照组，分别使用生理盐水和肾上腺素生理盐水（1∶20 000）2种注射液进行黏膜下注射后切除病灶，在疗效和并发症方面进行对比研究。

Isolated and cultured KCs of mouse, 1 h pretreatment with GdCl3; Culture medium with LPS(100ng/ml) was added and continuatively incubated 30 minute. Assay the protein expression and phosphorylation level of ERK1/2 and p38MAPK of KCs in vitro and detection effect of GdCl3 on its phagocytosis function in respectively.

Ⅰ 雄性昆明种小鼠在注射LPS（5mg/kg）前48h、24h，分别静脉注射GdCl3（10mg/kg ）或等量的生理盐水，于LPS或生理盐水注射后30min，分别取出肝脏或分离KCs，检测肝脏或KCs ERK1/2、p38MAPK蛋白表达及磷酸化水平；Ⅱ体外培养小鼠KCs经GdCl3（100μM）预处理1h，加入含LPS（100ng/ml）的DMEM培养基继续孵育30min，分别检测体外培养KCs ERK1/2、p38MAPK蛋白表达及磷酸化水平和GdCl3对其吞噬、分泌功能的影响。

In commonly cribble and ultra-fine powder group, heavy, middle and slight dose groups were included. Every heavy, middle and slight dose groups mice were administered with the pulyis by gavage every day at 0.6mL, 0.4mL, 0.2mL and every NS group mouse were ig 0.4mL NS every day.

低、中、高剂量组小鼠分别灌服1∶1的&促免散&粗粉、微粉煎液0.2mL/只/天、0.4mL/只/天和0.6mL/只/天，生理盐水对照组小鼠灌服生理盐水0.4mL/只/天，共灌药6天。

The hydrolytic degradation research results showed that the PDLLA molecular weight was first degraded, then the weight loss happened in normal saline, and the water soluble crystallizable oligomers were formed during the process of degradation. The thermal degradation research results showed that the thermal degradation of PDLLA is a random breaking process, the molecular weight was degraded at range of 100癈~250癈, only above 250癈, the weight loss was found.

200IU BTX-A was dissolved in 8ml normal saline, and the solution of BTX-A was injected into 8 different points in urinary sphincter using a flexible cystoscopic needle, with each point of 1ml solution. The effects was evaluated and followed up. Result: One month after injection, the hydronephrosis decreased from 3.9±1.2cm to 1.1±0.8cm and PUV did so from 187±58ml to 54±18ml in all patients.

Results The learning and memory ability of experimental group was better than that in saline control group (P＜0.01), but there was no significant difference between experimental group and normal control group (P＞0.05).There was significant difference in cytochrome C of hippocamp and frontal lobe between saline control group and the other groups (P＜0.01).The expression of cytochrome C in hippocamp was higher than that in frontal lobe of experimental groups.

结果 NSCs移植后AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力明显改善，与生理盐水对照组相比差异显著（P＜0.01），与正常组相比无显著差异（P＞0.05）；海马与额叶的CytC表达显示生理盐水对照组与其他各组之间有显著差异（P＜0.01）；各实验组海马内的CytC表达均高于额叶。

In the morning,rats in the model and the drug groups were ingested drink spirits,naming "Erguotou"(56°)(0.5ml/100 per day); In the afternoon, drugs were givenamong drug groups respectively, model group was given saline (1ml/100g per day).Meanwhile, The Model and the drug groups were given innutritious diet(40% flour+20% soybean meal+20%hypo-flour+20% botan-flour+a few soybean oil, salt),besides, those rats were prohibited to eat any food except water from 20:00 everynight to the next morning before gavage, the normal group was given saline and anormal diet.

肝纤维化模型组及药物组，上午：予56°白酒&二锅头&灌胃(每日1次，每次0.5ml／100体质量)；下午：药物组予相应药物，模型组予生理盐水灌胃(每日1次，每次1ml／100体质量)，且每晚八点后禁食至第二天上午空腹灌胃后再予饲料；正常对照组予等量的生理盐水做对照。

Methods: 64 cases with multiloculated pleural effusions were divided into 2 groups, the treatment group with 34 cases was treated with urokinase,injecting 100000～200000u/time and ns 10～20ml into pleural cavity;the control group with 30 cases was treated with chymotrypsin,injecting 100000～150000u/time and ns 10～20ml into pleural cavity.results: after treated with urokinase or chymotrypsin.
