Methods Seventy-five SD rats were randomized into five groups: normal, model, iodine glycerin (20 g/L), high-dose SP (200 g/L) and low-dose SP (100 g/L). The experimental periodontitis rat models were established by ligating molars with steel wire combined with intramuscularly injection of prednisolone (1.25mg, 8 times). Except that the model and normal groups were treated by applying saline, the other groups were treated by applying the corresponding drugs 0.5 mL to the peridentium, tid for 10 days. After treatment, debris index, probe depth and bleeding rate during probing were investigated and the pathological changes of periodontal tissues were also observed.

方法］SD大鼠随机分为正常组，模型组，碘甘油组(20g/L)，舒口散高、低剂量组(200、100 g/L)；采用钢丝结扎牙齿加肌注波尼松龙（l.25 mg/次，共8次）的方法复制大鼠实验性牙周炎模型；药物采用口腔局部涂搽，每次0.5mL，每日3次，10 d为1疗程，模型组与正常组给予等容积生理盐水；检测各组软垢指数、探诊深度、探诊出血阳性例数，并取牙周组织进行病理学检查。

One hundred and thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham scald group (n=10), thermal injury group (n=60, 40 ml/kg normal saline was infused peritoneally 6 hours postburn), and Xuebijing treatment group (n=60, 4 ml/kg Xuebijing injection was injected twice a day in addition to delayed resuscitation).

采用大鼠30%总体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型。130只雄性Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为假伤组（n=10）、烫伤组（n=60，伤后6 h腹腔内注射40 ml/kg生理盐水）和血必净组（n=60，血必净注射液4 ml/kg，每日2次）。

Methods: Fifteen guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups, in which the guinea pigs were peritoneally injected with normal saline, gentamicin, and both gentamicin and Egb (Egb+GM group). METHODS: Six rats were selected randomly for sham-operated from seventy-eight adult SD rats. The rest rats were divided randomly into two groups: LP-treated group, and NS-treated group. These rats were injured with Allen's weight-dropping model after seven-day peroral administration.

方法建立移植瘤小鼠S180肉瘤模型，将50只雌鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、壁虎高组、中组、低组共5组，分别给于生理盐水灌胃1次/d，CTX（100 mg/kg）腹腔注射1次，壁虎高、中、低组（13.5，9，4.5 g/kg），每天灌胃1次。14 d后，称取荷瘤小鼠瘤重、胸腺重、脾脏重，计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数，观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞实验指标；用SABC免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的蛋白表达，TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡率。
