Results Compared with control group, the wound area and wound volume at different day in rhaFGF group were significantly diminutedP＜0.05）, the healing rate was predominantly eleva Ted (P＜0.05）, the healing time was significantly shortenedP＜0.05）. RhaFGF resulted in a remarkable enhancement of granulation tissue growth and epithelization in wound.

Methods Animals were randomly and equally divided into five groups: saline control group, positive drug control group, low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose crocetin group.
