With the popularity and development of internet, the effect of "the double blades of a sword" bring out. Many college students dilapidate school-woks because of indulging networks, even some undergraduate have got mental and physical disorder ,which be called "internet addiction disorder". This internet addiction disorder bring serious hurts to family ,school and society.

Perception is the core content of Gestalt psychology. Gestalt psychology considers that in any form or structure, the concept of spatial order is the same as the enginery order distributed in human's cerebral physiological process.

Aimed at the shortcomings of previous studies, this research constructs the system of primary school students' mathematics learning strategies, in which the using status, developmental traits and main influencing factors are investigated thoroughly. The processing mechanism of strategies is revealed both in psychological and physiological aspects through cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience methods. In order to promote children's strategy learning, the teaching method and effect are explored through the instructional experiment.
