Methods Dynamic changes of biomass, residual glucose concentration and pH in submerged culture was investigated with Tricholoma matsutake stain, which was isolated and identified by RAPD-PCR method. By comparing the effect of different inoculum ages on biomass, the optimum inoculum age was determined.
