We studied the effects of different concentrations of seawater (diluted in 1/2 Hoagland's solution) on the biomass and chlorophyll, ion, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of Lactuca indica seedlings by sand culture in the greenhouse.

采用温室砂培方式，研究了不同稀释配比的海水处理8天对苦荬菜幼苗生物量、根冠比、叶绿素含量、离子含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响。

To check the abilities of Zn uptake and accumulation of duckweed (Lemna minor Linn.), experiments of growth, Zn accumulation and SOD activitial response to Zn in plant duckweed were performed with fresh plant in vivo. The results showed that growth of duckweed was affected by 5 mg/L Zn treatmenat in solution, indicating better resistance to Zn.

为探询浮萍对水体Zn的吸收富集能力，为水体Zn污染的植物修复提供依据，采用水培方法对浮萍的Zn的吸收富集特性及生物量、抗性进行分析，同时也对Zn处理条件下，浮萍体内SOD酶活性变化进行了测定。

Castanopsis eyrei, Castanopsis sclerophylla, Cyclobalanopsis glauca and Lithocarpus harlandii were appraised. The average community biomass of the above 4 species was 120.165, 96.168, 72.73 and 80.416 t/hm^2 respectively.

其中，甜槠群落的平均生物量为120.165 t/hm^2，苦槠群落的为96.168 t/hm^2，青冈群落的为72.73 t/hm^2，绵槠群落的为80.416 t/hm^2。

According to the absolute value of the coefficient in 3 the principal components,Marmot habitat selection'main factors were elevation、slope gradient、longitude(the absolute value of the coefficient respective were:0.860、0.740、0.712)and so on geography factor.Vegetation height and aboveground biomass have synergistic effect with geography factor.Distance from human disturbance and distance from road(the absolute value of the coefficient respective were:0.814 and 0.820) human activity factor were secondary factor.Vegetation coverage would named vegetation factor (the absolute value of the coefficient was:0.816) have very important influence to Marmota habitat selection.

根据三个主成分中载荷系数绝对值的大小可以判断影响旱獭生境选择的主要生态因子是海拔、坡度、纬度(载荷系数绝对值分别为：0.860、0.740、0.712)等地理因子，草高、地上生物量与地理因子又具有协同效应；距人为干扰距离、距公路距离(载荷系数绝对值分别为：0.814和0.820)人类活动因素是次要因子；盖度(载荷系数绝对值为：0.816)将其命名为植被因子，对旱獭的生境选择也具有重要的影响作用。

The results showed that: biomass in the Melilotus suaveolens is the highest in four green manure; after pressed four green manure in the Green the cotton fields, soil organic matter,nutrients are available certain influence; after Melilotus suaveolens and soybean pressed in the soil,organic matter increased by 8.58% and 1.01%;four green manure pressed in the soil available nitrogen increased by0.30%-5.96%,except soybean, the soil available potassium of the other three dealt is 1.08 times that of the control; the role of rich potassium in Rape and Oil sun flowers are even more significant .

研究结果表明：四种绿肥中草木樨的生物量最高；四种绿肥翻压后对土壤有机质和速效养分含量均有一定的影响，其中草木樨、大豆翻压后土壤有机质分别提高了8.58%，1.01%；四种绿肥翻压后土壤速效氮提高了0.30%-5.96%，除大豆外，其它三个处理的土壤速效钾含量平均是对照的1.08倍；研究发现油菜、油葵的富钾作用较为突出。

Mixotrophic culture is a new method for culturing Spirulina in light with organic compound as supplementary carbon source, which can enhance the cell yield of Spirulina.

混合营养培养是一种外加有机碳源作为补充碳源，在光照下培养螺旋藻的新方法，经大量实验证实它能有效的提高螺旋藻的生物量。

Biomass at stationary phase increased by 39％under the high CO〓 level (2800μL L〓 CO〓), and by 9％under the mixotrophic condition.

碳限制时，添加醋酸钠（2 mmol L〓）和提高CO〓浓度均促进海生椭球藻的生长，使稳定期生物量分别增加9％和39％。

The highest biomass concen-tration and phycobiliprotein production in mixotrophic fed-batch culture were respec-tively 5.1 times and 2.8 times as much as in photoautotrophic batch cultare,and 3.8tmies and 3.0 tmies as much as in mixotrophic batch culture with the same reactor.

混合营养流加培养的最高生物量和藻胆蛋白的产量分别是同一反应器光合自养培养的5.1倍和2.8倍，是混合营养分批培养的4.25倍和3.0倍。

The mixotrophic culture of extreme halotolerant D.viridis improved the biomass of algae greatly and brought forwards the exponential period of algae,consequently it shortened the time,increased the production, decreased the manufacturing cost,strengthened our product competition in the international market and obtained considerable economic and social benefits.

The research results indicate that LED integrated photopanel as interior illuminant, which emit monochromic light such as red light(660～680nm)and blue light(430～450nm), not only cover with spectrums absorbed by the plant or algae for photosynthesis, enhance the light energy absorbed by chlorophyll a and the growth of Spirulina platensis, increase greatly microalgal biomass and the its content of photosynthetic pigments; but also decrease enormously the absorption spectrums not need for photosynthesis, save energy at more than 38.75%.

从LED集成光电板的光电特性、光热效应、光衰减性、光辐射特征与植物和藻类光吸收特征的相匹配性及LED辐射单色光对螺旋藻的光合色素含量的影响等几方面，分析研究了LED集成光电板作为光生物反应器内部光源的特性及可行性，研究结果表明，LED集成光电板作为光生物反应器的内部光源，它所发射的单色光谱红光660～680nm、蓝光(430～450nm，不仅能覆盖植物和藻类光合作用所需要吸收的光谱能带，促进叶绿素a对光能的吸收和螺旋藻的生长，增强光合作用，使细胞生物量与光合色素含量显著提高；而且不被吸收的光谱减少，节能达38.75％，无疑它将是光生物反应器潜在最有效的光源。
