Chemical analysis and toxic tests were combined with benthic macro invertebrates community structure alternations. Based on tri-axial graphs together with relevant matrix of decision-making, the initial bio-responsive sediment quality criteria clearly indicated the situation of heavy metal pollution, and showed the dose-response relationships between heavy metal contamination and benthic biotics. Moreover, the SQC may provide some basic material for establishment of sediment quality standards and for follow-up remediation engineering in the area.

通过将化学分析、毒性鉴定和底栖群落结构变化三基元集成为一体的三轴图和相应的响应信息判断矩阵，基于现场生物响应的沉积物质量基准能较为清晰地指示乐安江流域表层沉积物中重金属污染的相对程度和分布模式，体现底栖生物对沉积物重金属污染的剂量-响应关系，为进一步制订该区域沉积质量管理标准、开展后续的污染治理与恢复工程提供技术保证和科学依据

In order to investigate the succession of soil microbial community with ecosystem development, soil samples of three successional stages (i.e., barren stage, cryptogamic crust stage and herbaceous vascular plant community stage) from two tailings wastelands (Yangshanchong tailings wasteland discarded in 2001 and New Tongguanshan tailings wasteland discarded in 1991) were collected and soil microbial biomass was determined by methods of typical plate culture' and molecular biology.

该研究以2处（即，铜陵杨山冲尾矿废弃地和铜官山新尾矿废弃地）不同时期弃置的、处于3个演替阶段（原生裸地阶段、隐花植物结皮阶段和草本维管植物群落阶段）的铜尾矿废弃地为研究对象，利用传统培养法和分子生物学法相结合的手段对土壤微生物量和土壤微生物群落结构变化及其影响因素进行了调查。

In the biological functionaddition, both biochanin A and hesperitin might inhibited the colony -formation forming ability of K562 cells through up-regulated Notch signaling. Besides,The treatment with biochanin A and hesperitin enhanced the erythroid-differentiation of K562 cells. It is important to investigate Tthe molecular mechanisms of biochanin A and hesperitin to regulate the endogenous CBF1-dependent Notch signaling will be further investigated.
