Here we summarize the progress of salmon calcitonin's heterogenous expression in prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems as well as the amidation of C-terminal. Both the biological activity of salmon calcitonin and the biologic expression system can be improved by genetic engineering techniques.

本文综述了鲑鱼降钙素基因在大肠杆菌、链霉菌、乳酸杆菌和蓝藻等原核细胞，在酵母、昆虫、动植物等真核细胞中异源表达的研究进展，以及通过基因工程的方法能够改进生物表达系统，提高鲑鱼降钙素活性的动态。

Using cold immersing of 70% methanol to extract from flower ofAcanthopanax senticosus and integrating macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography,sephadex gel to abstract. We obtained five monomer compounds (compoundⅠ-compoundⅤ),quercetin, quercetin rhamnoside, hyperin, syringoside and eleutheroside E. That five compoundswere determined by HPLC in eight parts of Acanthopanax senticosus (flower, root, leaf fruit,shoot, new shoot, phloem of shoot, skin of shoot), which provide science bases for establishingquality evaluation system and settle infarctate foundation.

本文以从刺五加花蕾中寻找具有重要生物活性的天然化合物和建立质量评价标准为主要目的，对其化学成分进行研究，采用70％甲醇冷浸的方法对刺五加花蕾中的成分进行提取，运用大孔树脂吸附色谱法、硅胶柱层析法以及葡聚糖凝胶柱层析相结合的方法进行分离，得到5种单体化合物，分别为槲皮素、槲皮素鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷、紫丁香苷和刺五加苷E；利用高效液相色谱法对这5种化合物在刺五加花蕾中的含量进行了测定；考察了8个部位(花蕾、根、叶、果、茎干、新枝、茎韧皮部、茎皮)中这5种化合物的含量分布情况，并作一比较，为今后建立刺五加质量评价体系提供了科学依据，奠定了坚实的基础。

New antifungal agents have been developed over the past years based on the discovery of many new target sites of Candida albicands. For example, Echinocandins, aiming at the cell wall of Candida albicands, showed strong antifungal activities to fluconazole resistant candidas and fungal biofilm. Moreover, because β-glucan synthase does not exist on the cell membrane of mammalian cells, Echinocandins has a low toxicity and a promising clinical future. Though the mechanism of Histatin is not clear, it has strong activity not only on candida resistant of polyene and azole, but also to Candida parapsilosis, Candida krusei and Cry ptococcus neoformans. Berberine and Ocimum gratissimum L. were also found to have prominent anti-fungi activities.

近年来相继提出了许多抗白念珠菌药物作用的新靶点并成功开发出一些活性强大，疗效确切的抗真菌药，如以真菌细胞壁为靶点开发出棘白菌素类药物卡泊芬净、米卡芬净等，该类药物主要抑制β-葡聚糖合成酶，体外对氟康唑耐药的念珠菌属及真菌生物被膜表现出强大的抗菌活性，又由于β-葡聚糖合成酶在哺乳类动物细胞内不存在，故具有高效低毒的临床效果，是一极具前途的新型抗真菌药；以真菌细胞膜为靶点开发出Histatin类药物，虽然作用机制目前还不完全明了，但其作用不同于临床常用的多烯类和氮唑类，并已经发现Histatin5对两性霉素B和氮唑类耐药的念珠菌有效，并且对非白念珠菌如光滑念珠菌、克柔氏念株菌、隐球菌等也有杀灭作用；通过对植物药物的研究发现黄连素和丁香罗勒Ocimum gratissimum L。

To analyze effect of diclazuril and maduramycin on 18S rDNA of Eimeria tenella, the 18S rDNA of sporulated oocyst of the E. tenella anti-diclazuril strain, the E. tenellaanti-maduramycin strain and the E. tenella drug-sensitive strain were cloned and sequenced, and were compared by using DNAStar 5.0 and RNADraw 1.1, respectively.

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.
