Objective: Stem cell strategies is the main stream of life science these years, its basic research and appliance must break the neck of disease treatment and become the mainstay of bioproduction in the 21 century.

背景和目的：干细胞研究是20世纪与21世纪之交生命科学中的强大潮流，其基础研究及开发应用将打开对疾病治疗的突破口，成为21世纪生物产业的核心内容之一。

The 21st century is a century of life science,the mathematical biology advanced rapidly, and the study in determinate system is perfect. In face,the species ecology systems are often subject to ,some uncertain factors,white noise,whether the presence of such noise affects these results that we have obtained has received exten sive attention ,which makes the study about stochastic system more and more important.

21世纪是生命科学的世纪，生物数学的发展突飞猛进，百花争妍，其中对确定性系统的研究已经较为完善，而实际上的种群系统常受到一些不确定性因素的干扰，即白噪声的干扰，研究白噪声的存在是否影响种群生态系统以及是否使原有的结果发生变化已受到广泛的关注，这就使对随机系统的研究显得尤为重要。

The journal well informs the research advances of production of vegetables, fruits, edible fungi and ornamentals under temperate, subtropical and tropical conditions. Research areas include biochemistry, micropropagation, soil science, plant breeding, plant physiology, phytopathology and storage and transport etc.

该杂志全面提供了温带、亚热带与热带的蔬菜、水果、食用菌类与观赏植物生产的研究进展，研究领域涵盖生物化学、微生物繁殖、土壤科学、植物饲养、植物生理学、植物病理学以及储藏与运输等等。

The main duty and task have three points:①introduce 、 ingather 、 collect 、 conserve wildness plant 、 local plant 、 breeding resource and genetic material ;②manage seeds resource review 、 introduce 、 exchange 、 inspect 、 propagate 、 update 、 dispense 、 identify 、 appraise 、 utilize 、 finger mark and DNA sequence data ;③The center can supply to decision-making department with information about crop protection and research, to science research and agricultural production with information about resource and to social public with information about protecting biology diversity.

中心内设寒带植物基因资源保存中心、研究与评价中心、黑龙江寒地活体野生资源圃、功能基因库等。其主要职责任务是：①引进、收集、采集、保存植物的野生、地方品种、选育的种质资源和遗传材料；②管理种质考察、引种、交换、监测、繁种、更新、分发、鉴定、评价和利用、指纹图谱和 DNA 序列数据等；③为决策部门提供作物资源保护和研究的信息，为科学研究和农业生产提供优良种质和信息，向社会公众提供保护生物多样性的科普信息。

So, a lot of fundamental research work needed to be done, including screening Daphnia, as a biomonitor, that is sensitive to toxicant but less to environment changing so as to decrease the environmental interferences for obtaining more accurate determination results; exploring the relationship between the phototactic behavior of Daphnia and pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphate, heavy metal, hormone and pesticide, especially their mixtures; studying the effect of environmental conditions such as temperature, pH and fish kairomones on the phototactic behavior of Daphnia.
