Tseng resource, The extraction, purification and determination of saponins in Ilex Kudingcha C.J.Tseng were firstly researched, a RP-HPLC method was established for determination the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Ilex Kudingcha CJTseng simultaneously. At the same time, the technical parameters of sapogenin extraction sapogenin and the solvent system of HPTLC for separation the sapogenins was seeked. The main results are as follows:1. A spectrophotometric method was established for quantitative determination the total content of saponins in Ilex Kudingcha C.J.

为了推进苦丁茶化学成分生物活性研究，挖掘该植物的药用价值和为其资源的综合开发应用提供科学依据，本文研究苦丁茶皂苷的检测方法、探讨苦丁茶皂苷的提取纯化条件、建立HPLC法同时检测熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量、摸索苦丁茶皂苷元的提取工艺参数并确定苦丁茶皂苷元薄层层析的溶剂体系。
