Background:Matrine is an active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine called foxtail-like sophora herb and seed or sophorae radix which contains 98%of oxymatrine.Matrine is a kind of alkaloid which belongs to tetranuclear quinolizidine,and the active component is oxymatrine for it could be deoxidized easily into matrine to produce its effect at the condition of the human intestinal tract where there are bacterium,water,hot and so on.

苦参碱是从中药苦豆子或苦参根中提取的有效成分，含氧化苦参碱约98%，属四环的喹诺里西啶类生物碱，其中苦参碱为活性成分，主要是氧化苦参碱在人体肠道内菌、水、热等成分的共同影响下易被还原为苦参碱而发挥作用。

Method］ Alcohol solvent extraction method was used to extract the total extract of Thermopsis lanceolata, and it was treated by acid-soluble and alkalization. Then chloroform was used to extract the total alkaloids. Finally, GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical composition.
