Chapter 4 focused on the structrual characteristics and the conversions between different types of indole alkaloids from Rauvolfia.

第四章对萝芙木属植物中吲哚类生物碱的结构特征以及不同类型生物碱之间的转化关系进行了总结。

The chemical constituents of Huperzia serrata Trev. are mainly flavonoids, triterpenoids and alkaloids. In order to get further comprehension of lycopodium alkaloids, we studied the low-polar section of the alkaloids extraction of Huperzia serrata and 19 alkaloids were isolated by ways of silica gel, RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 etc. All of their structures, including five new compounds and two known ones that were firstly found from this genus, were elucidated with the help of Mass, IR, NMR spectra and so on. The five new alkaloids (HS-07, HS-08, HS-09, HS-10 and HS-11) are belonged to lycopodine class. The other two ones that were new to this genus (HS-18 and HS-19) are belonged to miscellaneous group.

蛇足石杉的主要化学成分为黄酮，三萜和生物碱，为进一步了解该植物的生物碱成分，我们研究了蛇足石杉氯仿总碱低极性部位的生物碱成分，运用正相硅胶、反相RP-18、凝胶LH-20等方法分得了19个生物碱，并通过质谱、红外、核磁共振等波谱鉴定了它们的结构，其中5个为新化合物，2个为首次从该属植物中分离得到的化合物，所分得的新化合物：HS-07、HS-08、HS-09、HS-10和HS-11均为lycopodine类石松生物碱，首次从该属植物中分得的化合物为miscellaneous类：HS-18和HS-19。

High temperature and pressure was applied to extract alkaloids in Kusnezoff Monkshood Root, and ESI-MS was adopted to detect the unprocessed and the processed lipo-alkaloids.

A series of study methods which can not research in this field begin to exert important affection. On the basis of the previous research, the following major innovative work was carried out in this dissertation.(1) Several methods including fluorescence spectra, CD and FT-IR specta methods were used to study the interaction of isoquinoline alkaloid、isoflavones and Rhein with serum albumin, and the results from every method was in good agreement;(2) The binding constants、the numbers of binding site、the binding region and the interaction force involving in the interaction of drugs and serum albumin were confirmed by Scatchard equation and Vant Hoff equation.

基于研究生物大分子与小分子相互作用具有极其重要的意义，本博士论文在前人工作的基础上，主要进行了以下几方面的创新性研究：(1)利用荧光光谱法、圆二色谱法、红外光谱法以及分子模拟等多种方法相结合研究了异喹啉类生物碱，异黄酮类化合物以及大黄酸与人血清白蛋白的相互作用，获得了准确一致的信息；(2)根据Scatchard方程和Vant Hoff方程详细研究计算了异喹啉类生物碱以及大黄酸与蛋白质结合机理包括结合常数、结合位点数、结合区域、结合力。

Forty-nine compounds including hydrazines, derivatives of aminoacid and guanidine, and alkaloids of Amaryllidaceae have been examined in vitro and in vivo.

Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is one of the most popular Traditional Chinese herbs. Some trials in vivo and animals indicated that Peimine and Peiminine, extracted from Thunbery Fritillary Bulb, have the function of reversing MDR of two different kinds of mechanisms. They can improve the cytotoxic of ADR to cancer cells by 5～10 folds under concentration of 10% cancer cell growth inhibitory rate. Peimine and Peiminine not only feather typical character of modifier of MDR, but also differ from other moldifiers such as Calcium channel blocker, Cyclosporines in chemical structure, they belong to cevine groups alkaloid, a subgroup of C-Nor-D-homosteroid alkaloid.

浙贝母是临床常用中药，体外及动物试验证明，浙贝母中的有效活性成分贝母甲素和贝母乙素具有逆转肿瘤细胞MDR的作用，而且能逆转两种不同机制的多药耐药肿瘤细胞的耐药性，在无明显细胞毒剂量下，可使阿霉素对耐药肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性提高5-10倍，不但具备明确的多药耐药逆转剂的特征，而且在化学结构上属异甾类生物碱中的瑟文类生物碱，完全不同于钙离子拮抗剂、免疫抑制剂和其它现有的耐药逆转剂，具有作用靶点宽、化学结构独特的特点。

Result: Chemical constituents of this taxon included several natural groups: benzylisoquinoline alkaloid, ranunculin, triterpenoid glycoside and diterpene alkaloid etc.

结果：发现本科的化学成分可以划分为几大类型：苄基异喹啉类生物碱，毛茛苷类，三萜皂苷，二萜生物碱等。
