Its a practical method to classify pituitary adenoma with a combination of multi-measures: immunohistochemistry, ultrastructure and endocrinal characteristics; Nm23, Ki-67 and microvessel density play an important role in the biological behaviour of pituitary adenoma, and there exist co-relations between the three. The examination of the three helps to determine the biological behaviour of pituitary adenoma, as well as to supervise treatment and prognostic evaluation.

The phylogenetic analysis of Gymnothorax was reported in this paper by being based on DNA sequences of mitochondrial Cytb gene.17 species of Cytb gene full-length sequences were obtained and their length of Cytb gene was 1140bp.All sequences were analysised by using biological software, the phylogenetic tree was constructed by using three kinds of common contribution phylogenetic tree methods and the phylogeny of 17 species of Gymnothorax was deduced.

DST showed that the pretreatment with dexamethasone can not repress the total number of CRF immunoreactive neurons in the rat model induced by CUMS, by contrast with a normal repression in the number of CRF neurons in rat induced by acute stress. In brief, the rat model induced by CUMS represented decreased body weight, obvious depression-like behavior, hyperactivity in HPA axis and nonsuppression on the DST, which fits the criteria and neurobiological feature of depression.

Materials and methods An immortalized human bone marrow stromal cell line, HS-5, was introduced to establish a bi-phase culture system for the cultivation of B-lineage precursor leukemia cells. ELISA and RT-PCR were used to investigate the expression of VEGF and its receptors in the leukemia cell lines and primary childhood leukemia cells in different treated groups. Flow cytometory method and immunofluorescent staining were employed to examine the apoptosis signals both in the VP16 treated and untreated leukemia cells. Western blot was utilized to explore the PI3K/AKT activated status in the drug induced or uninduced leukemia cells and lymphocytes from healthy donors.
