由于传统的入侵检测系统大多是静态的，很难与动态环境协调一致，造成分布性差，适应性差，健壮性不好等种种缺陷；而生物免疫系统可以保护人类机体不受诸如病毒，病菌等各种病原体的侵害，且表现出了分布式保护，多样性，自组织性，动态性等良好特性，且这种与入侵检测系统在功能和特性上的惊人相似，引起人们的高度重视和兴趣，使得借鉴生物免疫系统的机理开发研究入侵检测系统成为网络安全的研究热点和重点。

During restoration experiment, several functional and structural parameters (number of species, diversity index, percentage of phytomastigophora, community pollution value, heterotrophy index, similarity index between communities) were determined weekly.

在修复实验过程中，定期测定微型生物群落的各种结构和功能参数（种类数，多样性指数，植鞭毛虫百分比，群落污染值，异养性指数，群落结构的相似性指数），通过它们的变动机制和规律，再现了修复过程中微型生物群落的演替过程。

In this paper, 13 lakes and 2 large-scale reservoirs in Wuhan were investigated, the makeup of species , dominance species and standing biomass of plankton, benthon, hydrophyte, fish and et al were carried out. And the bio-indicate method , diversity index are used to evaluate the water body.

本文对武汉市13个湖泊及2个大型水库浮游生物、底栖动物、大型水生植物、鱼类及其它生物的种类组成、优势种的鉴定及现存量的测定结果进行了分析，运用指示生物法、种多样性指数法对所调查水体进行了水质评价。

The H value was calculated to be 0.246 using Shannon-Wiener diversity index method.By aquatic reservoir evaluation criteria, combined with the type and density of zooplankton,it could be clearly determined that the water quality was seriously polluted and eutrophic.4.Comprehensive assessment of water quality:Affected by the influxion of sewage, slow flow velocity,high contents of nitrogen and phosphorus,the quantities of both zooplankton and phytoplankton at 1st point were relatively high,with the appearance of various indicator species of water pollution.

计算Shannon-Wiener多样性指数法得出H值为0.246，通过水库水生生物评价标准，结合浮游动物种类和密度，可以很清楚判定水质为污染严重，已经呈富营养化。4水质综合评价：排污口1号采样点受生活污水的大量排入的影响，且水流流速缓慢，水中氮磷含量高，因而浮游动物和浮游藻类数量都很高，而且出现很多污染生物指示种，综合分析该水层水质属污染严重的富营养化。

Totally, these results indicated that tailing pile could be the new source for finding new heavy-metal-tolerant microorganisms. Two morphologically distinct types of colonies investigated in this study may include more than 4 undescribed bacterial species.

同时还初步发现几个有进化生态学意义的现象：(1)矿渣极强的重金属选择作用和环境隔离条件可能导致新物种在短期内形成；(2)自然选择可能在物种以上层次发挥作用；(3)不同环境因子对微生物生物量、抗性细菌比例、物种和遗传多样性等生物指征的作用不同；(4)不同的生物特征对环境因子修饰作用的敏感程度也不一样。
