Objectves: Combining theory calculation with experiment, to design a type of percutaneous device fitting upper leg stump of human body, which can satisfy biomechanical demand of percutaneous site in physiological state. To provide condition for the study of osseointegrated prosthesis, to provide evidence and establish basis for further clinic experiment.

目的：通过理论计算与实验相结合的方法得到符合人体大腿残肢经皮器件的结构设计，使其能满足人体生理状态下经皮密封所需的生物力学要求，为植入性假肢的研究提供条件，并为进一步的临床试验提供依据和奠定基础。
