Model group and the normal group were taken distilled water,rats in the Tangshukang group were taken Tanggukang powder, western medicine control group were taken Calcium Carbonateand alpha D3. once a day for 12 weeks. Ca,P, BALP,BGP in blood and bone miner density;bone mineral contents, osseous vitodynamics,the content of Ca and P in the cremains were tested respectively.The femur was taken and detected the expression of TGF-β_1imRNA , the duodenum was taken and detected expression of VDR mRNA and CaBp-D9K mRNA with situ hybridization.

分别给予糖疏康、碳酸钙阿法迪三和生理盐水灌胃给药。12周后取材，测体重、血糖、血清钙、磷、血清骨源性碱性磷酸酶、骨T-羧基谷氨酸蛋白、骨密度、骨矿含量、骨的生物力学、骨干重、灰重、骨钙、磷等指标、组织病理切片骨形态计量学指标测定、并进行维生素D受体mRNA、转移生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)mRNA、钙结合蛋白(CaBp-D9K)mRNA原位杂交。

The experimental study of CBAB implanted in muscle of rabbits. In order to study implanted CBAB's dynamic biomechanics strength, its affection on tissue around and the concentration of Ca and P in blood, and to obsreve whether ectopia osteogenesis occure or not, we implanted CBAB samples, which were compounded in the proportion of 1 g CPC powder to 5 mg BMP, into rabbits'thigh flexor.

为了研究CBAB植入动物体内对外周血钙、磷水平的影响、CBAB的动态生物力学强度变化和生物学行为，为进一步进行CBAB用于骨填充的研究和应用提供理论基础和方法积累，按1 g CPC固相配5 mg rhBMP-2的配比将CPC与rhBMP-2复合成CBAB，经手术植入于兔大腿屈肌中。

After 6 months MCS and BS decreased a little more rapidly but were still above 10 Mpa after 12 months. Conclusion can be drawn that CBAB implanted had no remarkable negative affection on the concentration of Ca and P in blood and tissue response around, and didn't result in ectopia osteogenesis. The biomechanical strength decreased gradually and continuously.

提示：CBAB植入兔肌肉内对外周血Ca、P浓度无显著不良影响，未见感染等不良反应，也未见异位成骨，生物力学强度缓慢减低，有较好的连续性。
