Hydrogenases are key enzyme for bio-hydrogen production, most of them were rapidly inactivated by oxygen. It is important to bio-hydrogen production and hydrogen application that improve the O2-tolerance of hydrogenase.

氢酶是生物制氢的关键酶，大多数氢酶因对氧极敏感而易失活，因此提高氢酶的氧耐受性对生物制氢有重要意义。

Types of hydrogenase are reviewed,i ts applications have found its appli cations,such as biohydrogen production,wastewater treatment,prevention of microbial-induced corrosion,generation and regeneration of NADP cofactors.

介绍了氢化酶的类型，讨论了氢化酶在生物制氢、废水处理、预防微生物腐蚀、NADP辅因子的产生及其再生等生物技术领域中的应用。

Sessile organisms developing on plastic plates at various depth at two sites in an oyster farm at Putai Bay were studied during the period from March 1982 to May 1983. The plastic plates were immersed monthly for about one, two and three months period. Among the 29 spp. of attached invertebrates, oyster is the most abundance, follow by bryzon, tunicate, barnacle, tube worm, hydroid and sponge.
