Basing on introducing biological rhythms, especially the space biological rhythms, the paper gives an idea to develop the space chronobiology according to the needs of manned space flight in the future, and discusses the research direction and the contents, thus laying a foundation for developing the subject of space chronobiology and its system.

本文介绍了国内外生物节律，特别是航天飞行生物节律的研究进展，在此基础上，根据人类未来载人航天发展的需要，提出了开展空间时间生物学研究的问题；同时对空间时间生物学的基本概念、主要研究内容和基本模型进行了描述。根据空间时间生物学的基本模型，提出了今后重点研究的方向和内容，从而为空间时间生物学学科及体系的发展奠定基础。

For the bottom-up attention process, areas of interest that deserve visual attention are formed by a sequentially extracting of feature map, conspicuity map, and interesting map. Firstly, based on Treisman's feature integration theory and the characteristics of orientation and frequency selective nerve cells in biological cortex, we propose a new 2D optimal quadrature filter in the meaning of minimum energy loss to extract intensity, edge, orientation, symmetry, curvature and comer features to form the feature maps. Then based on the local competent and global cooperative perception character of biological vision, we design a kind of competent/cooperative filter and use a set of such filters to extract conspicuous locations that will most likely to cause visual attention from feature maps to form conspicuity maps.

我们根据Treisman〓的特征整合理论，结合生物视觉皮层的方向、频率敏感性神经元，提出采用一组调制在不同尺度和方向上的新的最佳正交特征滤波器并行地提取图象的亮度、边缘、方向、对称性、曲率和角度等特征作为注意线索，构成特征图；在此基础上，基于生物视觉的局部竞争和全局协作特性，本文设计了一种竞争协作滤波器用于从特征图中提取可能引起视觉注意的显著位置构成显著图，各显著图进一步通过本文提出的融合算法和非线性松弛迭代算法生成自底向上兴趣图。

According to the composting principle and the correlation between the forms of heavy metals and biological efficiency, combining with the controlling means of heavy metals' activity, this test studied the effect of passivation reagents including fly ash, phosphorate rock, zeolite, peat and lime on the forms and the biological efficiency of heavy metals; and the different perception of different passivation reagents were screened and optimized. Basing on the study, the adsorption mechanism of passivation reagents on heavy metals in sewage sludge composting was discussed, and the transformation mechanism of organic forms of heavy metals was also studied through some methods including dialysis and G-75 gel chromatogram separation etc.

本研究根据固体废弃物的堆肥化原理及重金属的不同形态与生物有效性的关系，结合污泥中重金属活性的控制方法，研究了在污泥堆肥中添加粉煤灰、磷矿粉、草炭、沸石和石灰对重金属的形态及重金属的生物有效性的影响，并对不同钝化剂的不同配比进行了筛选和优化；在此研究基础上，探讨了污泥堆肥中钝化剂对重金属的吸附机理，运用透析及G-75凝胶色谱分离等方法研究了污泥堆肥中重金属有机形态的转变机理。

The analysis results for community species component and plant diversity showed that exclusion did change the species component and increase plant diversity remarkably, while the indicateor life-form structure, palatability analysis indicated that community for old exclusion is becoming perennity and unpalatability, whereas community for comparative exclusion is under stable non-equilibrium condition, in the view of vegetation coverage, mean height, biomass, palatability of plant composition, community for old exclusion has lower than new, comparative exclusion which proves partly that long-term exclusion can not increase grazing values for semi-arid rangeland.
