The effects of four growth regulator s,namely,GGR6,SJCL,IAA and NAA on rooting of Cyclocarya paliurus cuttings were investigated.

The results of the cutting experiment of Pterocarya stenoptera showed:Pterocarya stenoptera cutting survive easily, the treatment of low concentration rootingpowder can promote rooting, but the result is not significant. The cutting treated with 250mg/l GGR had the highest survival rate.

6枫杨扦插的试验结果表明：枫杨扦插较易成活，低浓度的生根剂处理能促进扦插生根，但是效果不显著。250 mg/l的GGR处理的枫杨扦插成活率最高。

The radication results, rate of radication and survival of other treatments were all better than CK.

Treatment A was better than CK in quantity of new roots, rate of radication and survival, besides, it showed a preferable effect on promotion of root growth.
