The changes of endogenous hormones in adventitious root formation in softwood cuttings of autotetraploid grape Muscat Hamburg were studied.

以葡萄同源四倍体玫瑰香和其二倍体玫瑰香母株的嫩枝插条为试材，研究了扦插生根过程中(0～18d)生根部位皮层的内源激素含量变化。

The results showed that NAA at low concentrations 0.1~0.2 mgL^(-1 was more beneficial for root induction, the rate of rooting was up to 100%. 1/4MS was more suitable to deal with the plantlet rooting and form small bulb. The optimal ratio of IBA and AC for rooting was 2.0 mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC. The in vitro growth of plantlets were the strongest, and survival rate was 100% after incubating at 4℃ for 4 weeks when the diameter of bulblet was ≥9 mm.

结果显示；低浓度的NAA0.1~02mgL^(-1有利于根的诱导；生根率均达100%；大量元素1/4MS处理更适合试管苗的生根和小鳞茎形成；"IBA+AC"处理最佳组合是2.0mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC；鳞茎直径≥9mm的试管苗去顶4℃低温冷藏4周；移栽后喷施1/2MS营养液；长势最好；成活率达到100%。

The most suitable system of rooting and transplanting was established: 1/4MS+0.1~0.2 mgL^(-1) NAA or 1/4MS+2.0mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1% AC were the best formula, and the best transplanting for in vitro plantlets was to choose diameter of bulblet that was about ≥ 9mm and cut its leaves, after 4℃ low-temperature refrigeration for 4 weeks, and then spray with 1/2MS or MS nourishing cream.

本试验获得适宜亚洲百合的生根移栽技术体系：生根最佳配方为1/4MS+0.1~0.2mgL^(-1) NAA或1/4MS+2.0mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC；最佳移栽技术为选取鳞茎直径57mm的试管苗去顶；4℃低温冷藏4周后移栽；栽后喷施1/2MS或MS营养液。

结果表明：采用1/2MS培养基添加IBA1.0~1.5 mg/L，生根效果最好，平均生根率达83.2%~96.3%；带茎尖茎段的生根率显著高于不带茎尖茎段；茎段基部刻伤处理后较对照生根量明显增加；酸枣带根组培苗适宜的移栽基质为1：1的珍珠岩和土；5月份移栽下地的组培苗，其生长呈现慢-快-慢的趋势。

The root inducation rate is 100% on the cotton, pearl rock and agar medium, but the number of root induced is maximum. The average number is 5.47. The young root possess many multistage branchs. The transplant effect also showed pearl rock is ideal substitute for agar.

珍珠岩、琼脂和脱脂棉的生根率都达到100％，生根数以珍珠岩最高，平均5.47条，幼根具多级分枝，试管苗移栽也表明，珍珠岩在地灵试管生根中是琼脂的理想替代物。
