Then, the identification and physiological characterization of the strain HH407 were studied. The results showed that the strain HH407 was gram negative, rod shaped, aerobic, with a single polar flagellum, neither endospore nor capsule formed, about 0.4~0.7 μm×1.0~1.8 μm in size. The colony on screening medium were circular, yellow color, smooth, translucent, convex with regular edges.
