In this study, these factors and enzymes are detected on transcription level in mice adipose tissue, liver and adipocyte, which were treated by different concentration of DHA. We also analysised the correlation between adipocyte proliferation and differentiation and SREBP-1c, FAS and HSL gene expression, and tried to explore the effects of DHA on lipogenesis and lipolysis genes.

本试验以小鼠脂肪组织和肝脏及脂肪细胞为研究对象，研究DHA对小鼠生脂基因PPARγ、SREBP-1c、FAS、HSL和TGH转录表达的短期和长期效应以及脂肪细胞增殖分化和脂代谢的影响，探讨DHA对脂肪生成及分解的作用。

Results:It was found that both of the hind ankle joints were swollen after CFA injection and the antibody production response to the challenge of sheep red blood cells in plaque-forming cell was significantly enhanced in AA rats. However, IgG production of splenocytes induced by pokeweed and the serum level of rheumatoid factor were not altered compared with control rats.

结果：AA大鼠致敏侧及对侧后肢踝关节均发生明显炎性肿胀，其脾细胞对SRBC诱导的抗体生成反应明显增强，但其脾细胞对PWM诱导的IgG的产生及血清类风湿因子水平与对照组相比并无升高。

RESULTS:(1)NO production and iNOS mRNA expression induced by LPS and TNF α was blocked by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate or N-acetylcysteine.(2)LPS and TNF α triggered the activation and translocation of NF κ B, and PDTC or NAC inhibited the activation of NF κ B induced by LPS and TNF α.

In this study, LDL was oxidized by copper ion, 2, 2'-azobis(2-amidio-propane)dihydrochloride or macrophages in the absence or presence of apoH to delineate the correlation between apoH and LDL peroxidation,.
