The main objective of this dissertation was to develop methodologies with capability of engineering application for simulating flow in fractured rock using discontinuum models. The study work includes three parts. In the first part, numerical methodology of three-dimensional discrete fracture network model casing on hybrid BEM-channel was presented, and the technique for improve the model's computing efficiency was also studied. Firstly in this part, computer simulation methodology based on the Baechermodel for generating network of discrete fractures was presented, which includes the follow details: probability distributions of fracture density,orientation, trace length, size, and aperture and estimation of their statistical parameters; stochastic models of fracture network; Monte-Carlo's simulation method; numerical simulation procedure and technicality.

给出了离散裂隙网络模型所依据的基本假定；发展了基于Baecher模型的离散裂隙网络计算机随机生成技术：详细地推导了单裂隙渗流和多裂隙相交网络渗流的边界单元法公式，发展了离散裂隙网络中稳态渗流的边界元数值技术，并且讨论了相关的具体数值技术细节，如角点的处理方法，单元的自动剖分等：描述了混合边界元—管流模拟方法及其数值实现；研究了裂隙网络的简化方法，并针对裂隙网络边界元法的特点提出了一种改进的分块三角分解法。

Said cell resorting method includes using sorting label generating module inserting time mark and serial number mark into cell, then transmitting cell from source port to target port; resorting module according to received cell carried time mark and serial number mark resorting cell enqueue information.

该信元重排序方法包括以下步骤：使用排序标签生成模块将时间标记和序号标记插入信元，然后将信元从源端口发送到目的端口；重排序模块根据在目的端口接收到的信元携带的时间标记和序号标记，重排序信元的入队信息。

The author mainly realized the method of generating the large random numbers and judging the prime number using Lehmann means,then three pairs of secure key with different lengths (256 bits,512 bits,1024 bits) was generated to meet the demand of different security grade. In encryption module,modular multiplication arithmetic of large number was realized adopting addition chaining. In decryption module,extended Euclid was used to get inverse,and the Chinese remainder theorem was used to realize decryption,which increased the speed of decryption greatly.

作者主要实现了大随机数的生成、采用整除小素数和勒曼测试法判定素数，可以生成三种不同长度的密钥对(256位、512位、1024位)来满足不同的加密安全等级的需求；加密模块中，选用了二进制序列的乘法方法，实现了大数模幂乘运算；解密模块中，引用了扩展的欧几里德法求逆元，并采用中国剩余定理实现解密过程，大大提高了解密速度。

The investigated potassium carboxylates included: monocarboxylate potassium acetate, dicarboxylate potassium tartrate (K2Tart), tricarboxylate potassium citrate (K3Cit), and tetracarboxylate dipotassium of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (K2EDTA). KOAc can only induce calcium oxalate monohydrate, while K3Cit and K2EDTA induce COM and calcium oxalate dihydrate. The ability of multicarboxylates to induce COD formation was increased with increasing their concentrations.

In this study, LDL was oxidized by copper ion, 2, 2'-azobis(2-amidio-propane)dihydrochloride or macrophages in the absence or presence of apoH to delineate the correlation between apoH and LDL peroxidation,. It was shown that the formation of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and conjugated dienes was decreased and the electrophoretic mobility of LDL was reduced in the presence of apoH. It suggests that apoH exerts an antioxidative effect.
