Behaviour ecology, physio-ecology and community ecology of vines in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, China, were studied and rich first-hand data were collected in this project.Some vines with different climbing motheds were much different in leaf anatomy, ecophysiology, growth rhythm and behavior, and another vines with same climbing methods showed similar adaptation to habitat, on which their distribution in a forest depended. The concept of climbing unit consisted of internode, leaves and tendrils or other climbing organs on it was put forth, and the method to calculate and value the climbing capaity of a vine was set up. In the meantime,experimental ecology of a twining vine Humulus scandens was carried out.

本项目以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为基地，从行为生态、生理生态和群落生态学等角度较系统深入地研究了常绿阔叶林藤本植物的生态适应特征，取得了丰富的第一手资料，结果表明不同攀援类型的藤本在形态结构、生理生态、生长和攀援行为上表现出明显的差异，而同一攀援类型的藤本表现出较大的趋同适应的特征，但也存在着差异，这些特征或差异决定了它们在群落中分布的层次和与支持木之间的作用方式；提出了攀援单位的概念，初步建立了攀援能力的测定和评估方法。

The main reasons caused theses problems are as follows: beyond marine carrying capacity and environment capability by predatory and extensive manners, over-exploitation of bioresources resulted in the disturbance of marine ecosystem and the obstruction of matter and energy circulation. Marine environment pollution and unreasonable oceanographic engineering caused serious damage of marine entironments, weakness of marine eco-functions, and degradation of marine ecosystems. The population explosion as well as the trend of population towards coast inflicted tremendous pressure on marine resources and environment. The weakness of marine laws system and the infirmness of macroscopical control by government policies relulted in unreasonable utilization, inefficient management, and insufficient protection of marine bioresources.

其主要原因是：对海洋生物资源的掠夺性、粗放性开发，造成资源过度利用，超出海洋承载力及其环境容量，物质能量循环出现障碍，海洋生态系统失衡；海洋环境污染和不合理的海洋开发工程，造成生境破坏，生态功能减弱，生态系统退化；人口增长和趋海发展，给沿海资源环境造成巨大压力；涉海法律法规体系薄弱，国家宏观政策调控不力，未能合理利用和有效管理、保护海洋生物资源和海洋环境。

Finally, I apply the concepts of dragonfly's biotopes to Kanding ecological park. Various types of lentic and lotic freshwaters surrounded by abundant hydrophytes and multi layers trees are planned. Besides, ecological landscape design with construction proceeds in terms of the following aspects: site gradation and sewage system, circulations and land use, plantation types and materials, and ecological construction methods with waterfront design details.

最后应用蜻蜓生物托邦之概念於崁顶生态公园，其生态地景设计在规划层次上考虑不同型态之流水与止水域空间的配置以及复层密林植被与丰富之水生植物的应用；并且从整地与排水、土地使用区分与动线系统、植被类型与植材选定、生态工法与亲水细部构想进行设计与营造。

The results also suggested that both sampling effect and niche complementarity effect may operate mechanistically in the diversity effect, and this show that the species with particular traits, such as higher productivity and competitive ability, and the species with resource partitioning are likely to have large impacts on ecosystem functioning.
