This paper analyzes the theory relative to ecological compensation system and the actuality of compensation of ecological environment in diggings in our country, then puts forward some consideration of constituting legal mechanism of compensation of ecological environment in diggings in our country, and hopes to promote efficient compensation of ecological environment in diggings, reasonable exploitation and utilization of mineral res our ce and the sustainable development of economy in our country.

本文在分析生态补偿机制的相关理论及我国矿区生态环境补偿现状基础上，提出了构建我国矿区生态环境补偿法律机制的几点思考，以期促进我国矿区生态环境的有效补偿、矿产资源的合理开发利用和经济的可持续发展。
