In this subject we maked Hypnum hamulosum and Thuidium cymbifolium as objects to monitor the air pollution of heavy metal and SO2 of Nanjing city using moss bags,combined simulated test and monitoring of natural pollution to discuss the mechanism of mosses to be used as monitor of air pollution of heavy metals.

本课题以弯叶灰藓和大羽藓为研究对象，采用苔袋法对南京地区的大气重金属和SO2污染进行了监测，通过室内模拟培养与室外自然污染监测相结合的方法，对树木附生藓类监测大气重金属污染机理作了初步的探讨。
