一期工程3条铝箔生产线于2007年5月份开始施工，年产铝箔20 000吨，投资2.57亿元，于2008年4月份实现投产；二期工程于2008年2月份动工兴建，在一期工程的基础上再建设3条铝箔生产线，投资1.5亿元，投产后企业年生产铝箔能力将达50 000吨；三期工程包括6条铝箔生产线、20条铸轧生产线和3条冷轧生产线，计划2009年开始兴建，投资约12亿元。
