目的 探讨长期烫吸安钠咖对肝功能的影响。方法应用美国生产的modular p800仪器,对烫吸安钠咖组36例及正常对照组14例测定肝功能情况,对结果进行比较分析。结果烫吸安钠咖组与对照组比较,烫吸组总胆红素较对照组的含量明显降低,在统计学上差异有显著性(p<0.01)。烫吸组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐较对照组升高,在统计学上差异有显著性(p <0.05)。结论长期烫吸安钠咖对肝功存在明显的影响。
