In incorporation with Jilin province science and technology department item "Study of Industry Technological Advance Systemic Effect and Frame of Jilin Province industry Technology Incidence Establishment", about national interindustry incidence relation ,research is carried out in the paper as follows:On the base of national 1997 years input-output production table ,figures out direct consumption matrix of coefficients and matrices of middle input rate.

本文结合吉林省科学技术厅课题《产业技术进步系统效应及吉林省产业技术关联表编制框架研究》对我国的产业关联关系做了如下研究：在我国1997年投入产出表的数据基础上，计算出直接消耗系数矩阵及中间投入率矩阵，并将图分析法用于产业间关联关系的研究中；在计算完全消耗系数矩阵后，计算出各产业部门的感应度系数和影响力系数，并做了波及效果分析；本文经过对各种测算技术进步方法的比较，首次采用前沿生产函数中的数据包络分析方法分析投入产出模型中的产业间技术关联；机械设备制造业具有较高的物质关联性和技术关联性，同时波及效果显著，把含有高新技术的机械设备制造业作为主导产业发展，可以提高整个工业的技术装备水平。

论文主要从四个方面开展优化工作：将ABC分类法与模糊评判法结合，应用到汽车零部件库存分类中，建立合理的库存分类模型，实现货物的分类管理；应用订货点法和多阶段规划法进行库存量的控制，设计方法流程图，实现降低库存成本、保证生产流畅通的目的；以精益管理思想为指导原则建立全新的仓储作业流程，以此提高管理的信息化水平，提高工作效率；应用储位编码方法对货位进行编码，在作业流程中添加分配库位模块，实现货物智能存取功能。

Methods: The two methods of nonsolvent process and solvent process were adopted to prepare oxamyl. Oxamyl was prepared in water in the first one and in acetone in the second. By the comparisons of productive cost, production purity, operation safety and equipment cost, a proper process for preparation oxamyl was adopted.

The paper firstly sums up the relative theory and development trend of Decision Support system, mainly including the decision-making supporting function, the features, the structure and the major mission of DSS. Subsequently, the paper lays emphasis on the research of the electricity requirement, energy-exhausting analysis and network optimum programming method for the second oil-mining factory of Da-Qing oil field, and then provides the principle of the network programming and the framework for designing DSS according to the requirement of optimizing the layout of network, saving energy and timely supervising. Following the former analysis and design, the paper finally conducts the development and debugging of the Decision Supporting System based on the software engineering theory.

本文首先对决策支持系统的相关理论及其发展趋势进行了综述，重点介绍了决策支持系统的决策支持功能、决策支持系统的基本特征、决策支持系统的主要任务和决策支持系统的结构等；然后，对大庆采油二厂地面生产系统电力需求、能耗分析、电网框架规划优化方法进行了研究，针对优化网络布局、节省损耗以及实时监控的要求，提出了网络规划的原则、系统设计的基本思想，进而进行了系统总体结构、系统的模型库以及数据库的设计；最后，按照软件工程学的方法，在系统分析和设计的基础上，完成了整个系统的开发和调试工作。

据项目技术负责人、大连工业大学生物与食品工程学院院长朱蓓薇教授介绍，该项目首次开发了低温真空渗透调味技术、阶段式升暖和冷却杀菌加工技术，并应用于即食鲍鱼产品的加工中，解决了原有即食鲍鱼产品外形、口感、香气、颜色等不易控制的技术难题，建立了即食鲍鱼的生产技术体系，为开发其他海洋贝类即食产品奠定了良好的基础；首次采用自溶酶与外源酶复合的方法提取鲍鱼多糖，大大提高了多糖的提取率；采用酶法与Sevag法相结合的方法，有效地解决了脱除鲍鱼多糖中杂蛋白的难题，提高了多糖纯度，并保持了多糖活性，建立起了鲍鱼多糖的制备、分离、纯化、分析的技术体系，为开发其他海洋动物多糖提供了良好的借鉴。

本文以市售D-泛酸钙为样品(山东新发药业有限公司生产)，对所建立的检测方法进行了验证，通过精密度、准确度和标准曲线等验证项目的实验，结果表明，本文所建立的D-泛酸钙的高效液相色谱检测方法可以准确地检测产品的含量；利用液相色谱图谱，可以有效地区分真假D-泛酸钙，D-泛酸钙样品图谱与标准品图谱在相同的保留时间处，有类似谱图，含量符合规定；搀假的泛酸钙主要靠添加无机钙盐、尿素和葡萄糖等使比旋度、钙含量、氮含量达到国家标准，但这些物质在此处无谱图造成峰面积很小，外标含量低。
