We adapt the linear programming formulation that is proposed by Leachman[1992] to model the production planning problem of the semiconductor wafer fabrication. Using the sensitivity analysis method of linear programming simplex algorithm, we can revise Available-To-Promise by post optimization calculation of the original production planning problem. This thesis proposes an order quotation management system that can provide decision information in short time by using speedy modern computers.Furthermore, the delivery schedule planning module can provide the precision information about delivery date and quantity of an order.

本论文是以半导体晶圆厂为研究对象，利用现有 Leachman [1992] 所提出之生产计划模型为基础，透过线性规划中敏感度分析的方法来重解原生产计划模型，产生新的可应允数量，并应用现今电脑系统快速而大量运算的能力，构建一个能即时且电话中提供相关决策资讯的订单查询管理系统，以精确而快速的回应顾客之订单查询需求。

Designing princeple and measuring programme which combines a manul instrument with artificial intelligence for data analysis were put forward. As an alternative, another approach with computer-sensor system is also proposed for future development of leather industry.
