This dissertation demonstratively analyses the development pathway of producer service in developed countries and Neo-industrial economic entities from the point of view of chronological characteristics.

本文从时序特征的角度对发达国家和新兴工业经济体的生产服务业发展的轨迹进行了实证分析，笔者主要使用了面板回归分析，协整检验，脉冲相应分析等计量经济学方法分析了生产服务业内部行业的增加值与就业比重结构状况及其与人均国民收入，贸易依存度等关系，生产服务业增加值与三次产业增加值的关系，生产服务业增加值与就业的关系。

This paper presents a new processing technology of Pyracantha fortuneana beverage and HACCP system in the course of all processing, and analyzed all hazard factors which would possibly affect the quality of beverage, the critical control points were set up, and also established the critical limits, supervise and correct measures.

为实现火棘果汁饮料生产中的安全质量控制，以秦岭产的野生火棘为实验材料，通过对原汁提取、果汁饮料生产工艺及生产过程的HACCP质量控制体系研究，对各工艺环节进行危害分析与评估，确定了关键控制点、控制范围和监测校正方法，提出了火棘果汁饮料的生产工艺以及初步的HACCP质量控制体系，生产符合产品质量标准的产品，具有良好的产品质量控制效果。

With the enterprise productive practice of the plywood for container soleplate manufacturing and the serving for the production technology, this thesis has explained systematically my design philosophy in the course of designing, basic computing technology of raw materials, the exertion of the wood processing equipment, finance calculating of the enterprises design and the application of new technology in process of productive practice, etc.

论文与集装箱胶合底板生产企业的生产实际相结合，围绕着为生产工艺服务，系统地阐述了本人在设计过程中的设计思想，原材料的基本计算方法，木材加工设备的选用，设计企业的财务计算以及实用新技术在生产过程中的应用等，并结合本人在设计实习过程中所看、所闻、所学，提出了一些在现实生产中存在的问题及改进、发展集装箱底板用胶合板产品的建议。

There are 7 chapters in this article.The first chapter generalize the whole article.The second chapter summarize the former research on government management in food safety and evaluation of government achievements.The third chapter introduce the theoretical design of this article. The fourth chapter review the situation of government management,including our country and Zhejiang province.The fifth chapter use the evaluation system of government achievements to evaluate the government achievements of Zhejiang province.The sixth chapter use every county"s pollution-free food date and relative data to research the effective factors on productionalt achievements of organic food. In the last chapter, we get conclusion of the government achievements" evaluation of Zhejiang province and the effective factors of productional achievements in organic foods development.Then we made correlative suggestions on the basis of the research result.

全文包括7章，第1章是导言，包括研究背景、研究目的和主要内容、研究方法和数据来源、研究创新和不足等：第2章综述了前人关于农产品质量安全政府监管和政府监管绩效评估的相关研究；第3章是研究的理论设计，提出了论文的研究思路，建立了农产品质量安全政府监管绩效评估的理论体系和安全农产品生产绩效影响因素的理论模型；第4章是对农产品质量安全政府监管状况的回顾，包括我国农产品质量安全政府监管的主要政策和实施，以及浙江省农产品质量安全政府监管政策和行动两方面；第5章是从农产品质量安全政府监管体系建设、安全农产品生产发展和农产品质量安全状况的监测结果这三个方面对浙江省农产品质量安全省级政府监管绩效进行评估，得出政府监管绩效评估的结果：第6章是对浙江省县级安全农产品生产绩效影响因素的研究，先对县级安全农产品生产绩效进行描述性分析，然后对安全农产品生产绩效影响因素进行实证研究；第7章通过对前文的总结，得出浙江省农产品质量安全政府监管绩效评估结果和安全农产品生产绩效及其影响因素的结论，并在全文研究的基础上，提出政策建议。

A new technique has been improved and researched for high-pressure vessel manufacture by a new method about many layers bound up and welding technique inosculated one another in the paper. It has been used in high-pressure vessel manufacture and validated. The quality would be improved of high-pressure vessel manufactured. The consumed material would be reduced and the productivity increased, the working intension and cost reduced, the economic benefit increased at the same time.

提出了液压包扎技术与焊接技术相互融合的压力容器生产制造工艺方法，经过生产制造过程的使用验证，在一定程度上提高了压力容器的生产质量，同时，大大降低了生产原材料的消耗，提高了压力容器的生产效率，降低了工人的劳动强度和生产制造成本，经济效益非常显著。

通过对国内外加速寿命试验和像增强管工作寿命试验方法的分析借鉴，结合我们二代近贴管二十多年的生产试验，特别是超二代管工作寿命试验积累的宝贵经验，本文提供了一种加速试验方法，在保证像增强管阴极灵敏度稳定性的前提下，采用一个对光电阴极影响最大的应力加倍的方法，以缩短工作寿命试验时间，减少生产周期以保证交货进度。

Then the paper analyses enterprise's operation chain and investigates the operation management system of mould base quotation based on Web three-tier structure and key techniques, and finishes the whole system's design and empolders the main modules through combining the technology of network and database and operation management. This paper introduces the current popular B/S three-tier structure and classical technology of MVC design pattern on J2EE platform.

本文首先分析了相关的国内外研究以及当前模具报价的现状，并在研究了模架价格构成及报价理论和方法，同时结合模架报价业务流程和特点的基础上，通过比较当前较流行的几种报价方法，选择了合适的模架报价方法，然后针对中国广大模架生产企业的现状，通过对企业业务链的分析，主要围绕模架生产企业的报价业务管理信息系统和其中的关键技术进行了研究；结合网络、数据库技术和业务管理技术完成了基于Web的模架报价业务管理信息系统总体设计；对其中的主要模块进行了开发，并对当前流行的B/S三层体系结构和基于J2EE开发平台的经典MVC设计模型技术进行了介绍。

A lot of fieldworks have been done to collect the runtime data of the workshop in several famous shipyards. A survey is carried out among the workers and engineers to get the important information during practical production, such as production process, resource distribution, facility layout, etc. A simulate software named SSHM (Simulation for Ship Hull Manufacturing) is developed for the design of the automated ship hull manufacturing workshop by using object-oriented methodology. Analysis and Evaluation of productivity for the design project is also carried out.

在对几家大型造船厂的钢料加工车间的实地调研和考察之后，分析了某车间运行的实际情况；对该车间的主要的技术操作员和专家采用问卷调查的形式进行了咨询，获取了大量的实际生产过程的重要信息；对车间目前的工艺流程、资源分配、规划布局和实际生产过程的大量生产数据加以分析和整理：利用面向对象的方法建立加工车间的系统模型和仿真模型，开发了模拟钢料加工车间自动化生产的仿真软件SSHM (Simulation for Ship Hull Manufacturing)，并对仿真设计方案的生产效率进行了分析和讨论。
