A synthetic model of multi-level production planning and control integration is brought forward, which integrated Master Production Schedule , Material Requirements Planning , Shop Floor Control , order acceptance control, order release control and process control into a whole. Besides, a new method of production management—— Theory of Constraints is introduced into the traditional MRP, and a method to integrate TOC with MRP is put forward. As a result, a system of production planning management for ceramics enterprise is developed. Then several problems of shop planning and control for ceramics enterprise including the modeling of production line, the optimized utilization of kiln, the complement and due-date of products are discussed. A mathematical programming model of equalization production for ceramics production line is set up. An optimized model is put forward, which uses genetic algorithm to solve the sequencing problem of ceramics before the kiln.

With the background of application of fuzzy control techniques to a rather typical complex control system, gas-burning water heater, theories, applications and techniques of fuzzy information processing have been studies. This dissertation fistly introduces appearance, definition, development process, functions and status of MES, also analyses methods and existent problems of MES production scheduling; as follow, in the background of CY_MES (a enterprise's Manufacturing Execution System), introduces main function and buildup of its support platform– SIMATIC IT, and whole structure of CY_MES; afterwards, for special production instance of the enterprise, designs production scheduling system software structure, function structure, data structure of order and entry and realization of silk production and packing production scheduling based on SIMATIC IT; finally, after contrast of many modeling methods and careful research of silk production flow of the enterprise, selects Petri net to model the silk production scheduling, for the sake of avoiding many error chromosomes, improves on the basic genetic algorithm, uses sigle unit genetic algorithm to optimize the Petri net model, lists the contrast of scheduling results.

The application characteristics used in production system about the methods of Computer simulation and CRP in the MRPII/ERP are analyzed and compared; the advantages of Computer simulation method are pointed out; and the simulation researches aiming at production system capacity are implemented by Ithink simulation software.4. A simulation model is founded under the analysis of production system capacity in the production system background of a firm; the change instances of yield, output rate and WIP in the production system are simulated by the action of procurement cycle, machining time, setup time and so on. 5. The change instances of production capacity in the assembly stage are simulated , and rational employees are obtained.
