To express Alkalineβ-mannanase highly in B. subtilis,we investigated expression using zymotic medium.

在LB培养基中进行诱导培养后可以表达19.2 U/mL碱性β-甘露聚糖酶。

32 U/mL enzyme activity can be detected in medium after fermentation. By optimizing the zymotic medium and fermentation conditions, recombination B. subtilis can express as high as 110.02 U/mL of Alkalineβ-mannanase. Cycle of fermentation needs 5 days(4 days is needed in induced expression ), then enzyme activity maintained at the highest level, less than 5 % enzyme activity was lost in next 2 days.

为了继续对碱性β-甘露聚糖酶进行高表达研究，试验采用了芽孢杆菌发酵培养基来进行产酶研究，初步诱导酶活达到29.32 U/mL，通过对发酵条件的优化，该重组枯草芽孢杆菌的产酶水平有了大幅度的提高，最高可达110.02 U/mL。

ABSTRACT To study the antibacterial constituents from the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus Penicillium sp. 0935030 from mangrove plant Acrostichum aureurm. The separation procedure was guided by antibacterial bioassay. Seven compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified as cyclo (1), cyclo (2), 1(2Furanyl)1,2ethanediol (3),(3β,4β,22β)olean12ene3,22,23triol (4), mannitol (5), uridine (6), and liquiritigenin (7) by physicochemical and spectral data.

为研究红树林植物卤蕨内生真菌Penicillium sp.0935030发酵物中的抗菌活性成分，采用活性追踪的方法，用多种色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化，通过理化性质和光谱数据鉴定出7个化合物，分别为：环(1)，环(2)，1呋喃基1，2乙二醇(3)，(3β，4β，22β)12烯3，22，23三羟基齐墩果烷(4)，甘露醇(5)，尿苷(6)和甘草素(7)。

Results It was found that the content of high-mannose type/hybrid type N-glycans and tri-/tetra- antennary complex type N-glycans were decreased, while biantennary complex type N-glycan was increased on SMMC 7721 cell surface by ATRA or db-cAMP treatment.

结果 ATRA和db-cAMP均使SMMC 7721细胞表面高甘露糖型/杂合型和三/四天线复杂型N-糖链减少而二天线复杂型N-糖链增多。

The content of tri-/tetra- antennary complex type N-glycans was decreased and the biantennary complex type N-glycan was increased on the surface of HL-60 cells by the treatment of ATRA or PMA, but the content of high-mannose type/hybrid type N-glycan was increased by these treatments, the change was just opposite to that of SMMC 7721 cells.

ATRA和PMA也均使HL-60细胞表面三/四天线N-糖链减少和二天线N-糖链增加，但却使高甘露糖型/杂合型N-糖链增加。
