Treated 31 cases of 77 hypertension patients with hypotensive drugs, 46 cases without hypotensive drugs; 87 cases by dehydration therapy with mannitol; 59 cases with brain protein hydrolysate, cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection, including 9 cases with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin and 50 cases with brain protein hydrolysate; 18 cases with minimally invasive puncture, 108 cases without puncture. Compared efficacy of different therapy.

126例脑出血患者采用不同的内科治疗方法进行治疗，高血压患者77例中，降压药治疗31例，非降压治疗46例；甘露醇脱水治疗87例；脑苷肌肽与脑蛋白水解物治疗59例，其中脑苷肌肽治疗9例，脑蛋白水解物治疗50例；微创穿剌治疗18例，非微创穿剌治疗108例，对不同治疗方法的疗效进行比较。
