Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as vanillic acid, formononetin, isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin, kumatakenin B and uracil.

结果 ：从四逆汤水煎剂的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分得 6个化合物，分别鉴定为香草酸(1)，芒柄花素(2 )，异甘草素(3)，甘草素(4)，华良姜素B(5 )和尿嘧啶(6 )。

OBJECTIVE To study the extraction process of isoliquiritigenin from licorice by acid hydrolysis.

The result showed that 8 peaks were common in the fingerprint of G.uralensis in Mahauang decoctions.

Methods. Six rabbits were given decoctions of unprocessed licorice and honey-processed licorice in a crossover design.

Result: Co mpared with the control group, the results indicated that DRE, prepared licori ce root extract, dried ginger extract, aconite root extract, e xtracts of aconite root and prepared licorice root, extracts of aconite r oot and dried ginger increased significantly the content of 6-keto-PGF1α and the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2, but had no effect on the content of TXB2 in culture medium of rat vascular endothelial cells under hyp oxia.
