Methods :The contents of β－carotene、VitE and lowdensity lipoproteins,cholesterol,triglyceride in serum in 28 cases of cerebral infarction and normal controls were analysed and a correlation analysis had also been done.

We detected fasting plasma glucose by glucose oxidase, fasting insulin by chemiluminescent immunoassay, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol by zymology, tumor necrosis factor-αby enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the reverse of the product of FPG and FIns is used as the insulin sensitivity index, that is, ISI=1/FPG×Fins.

血糖测定采用葡萄糖氧化酶法；胰岛素测定采用化学发光法；血脂（甘油三酯TG、高密度脂蛋白HDL-C）测定采用酶法；肿瘤坏死因子-α测定采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法；胰岛素敏感指数采用空腹血糖与空腹胰岛素乘积的倒数，即ISI=1/FPG ×FIns。

The results showed that either of the extracted propolis had significant inhibitory effect on the level of triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL-C,GPT and GOT in serum, and TC, TG and MDA in liver, but were ineffective on HDL-C, MDA, SOD and NO levels in serum. Ethanol extracted propolis also reduced the body weight, liver weight and liver index of hyperlipidemic SD rats, while water extracted propolis were adiaphorous.

结果表明：蜂胶醇提液和水提液均能有效抑制高脂血症SD大鼠血清中的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的升高，并且能有效抑制肝脏组织中的TC、TG、MDA的升高，但对血清中的高密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮的影响不明显；蜂胶醇提液能有效降低高脂血症SD大鼠的体重、肝重及肝指数，蜂胶水提液对体重、肝重及肝指数的影响则不显著。

30 Wistar rats were fed by fat milk of 1ml/100g. After three weeks adipositas Wistar rats with high levels of TC, TG and LDL, and low level of insulin sensitivity index were selected from 30 Wistar rats. T2DM model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of STZ, 30 mg/kg. Rats model with large vessel injury of obese T2MD were confirmed by observation of pathological change of aorta thoracica arcual.

雄性Wistar大鼠30只，每日用自制的脂肪乳1 mL/100 g灌胃，3周后挑选总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白增高，胰岛素敏感指数下降的肥胖大鼠，空腹6 h，尾静脉快速注射链脲佐菌素30 mg/kg，1周后血糖值高于16.7 mmol/L的大鼠作为T2DM模型，于成模后3周及6周观察胸主动脉弓的病理改变，证实T2DM大血管损伤模型复制成功。

T2dm model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of stz, 30 mg/kg. rats model with large vessel injury of obese t2md were confirmed by observation of pathological change of aorta thoracica arcual.
