An investigation was made in winter wheat fields to study the effects of applying wheat synomones methyl salicylate and sulcatone (6-methy-5-hepten-2-one) on the dynamic changes of Macrosiphum avenae and its natural enemies Harmonia axyridis and Aphidius avenae.

The 9 common used insecticides of cypermethrin 4.5%EC, omethoate 40%EC, chlorpyrifos 40%EC, acetamiprid 3%EC, imidacloprid 10%EC provided excellent control for wheat aphids in fields. The control effects were over 90% at 7 days after spraying. The 9 insecticides had bad effects on aphidius and coccinellidae in three days after spraying and the number of two natural enemies decreased rapidly. But on the 7th day, the number of the two natural enemies increased and there were difference between those treated with imidacloprid, acetamiprid and abamectin and CK. BT had no evident difference compared to the control.

为了明确杀蚜药剂对麦蚜的防治效果、适宜的防治时期、对生态环境安全性和粮食作物食品安全性的影响，对4.5%氯氰菊酯、40%氧化乐果、40%毒死蜱、3%啶虫脒、10%吡虫啉等9种防治麦蚜的药剂进行了筛选，发现各药剂对麦蚜的防效较好，喷药后7d防效均在90%以上。9种农药在喷施后的3d内，对麦蚜的主要天敌蚜茧蜂和瓢虫影响较大，两种天敌数量锐减，但到7d时各处理蚜茧蜂数量均有回升，其中不同剂型的吡虫啉、啶虫脒和鲁植顺克处理的蚜茧蜂数量同对照相差不大。

There are a total of 34,782 individuals belonging to 15 orders, 102 families were found in this study. And the dominant groups among them were Myriapoda、Lycosidae、Miridae、Delphacidae、Cicadellidae、Aphidoidea、Margarodidae、Geometridae、Noctuidae、Olethreutidae、Braconidae、Chrysopidae、Coccinellidae.

调查共发现节肢动物个体34782个，分属3纲、15目、102科，其中优势类群主要是多足纲、蛛形纲狼蛛科、半翅目异翅亚目的盲蝽科，同翅目的飞虱科、叶蝉科、蚜科、蚧科，鳞翅目的尺蛾科、夜蛾科、小卷蛾科，膜翅目的小茧蜂科、小蜂总科，脉翅目草蛉科、鞘翅目瓢虫科。

The glomeruli structure of antennal lobe is not classical. Accordingly, the mushroom body calyces have meager, and the lobes are relatively simple either. The central complex is prominent. The beetle showed notable 5-HT-like immunoreactivity throughout the whole brain, which was also strongly labelled by TPH antibody, with the pattern matching that of 5-HT. 5-HT-like positive fibers were resolved in all areas of the brain, among which the lamina and suboesophageal ganglion showed the most remarkable dark brown immunostaining.

Mushroom bodies and antennal lobes in Oxycetonia jucunda were conspicuous. Calyces and lobes of the mushroom bodies.were much developed. In contrast, calyces of Ambrostoma quadriimpressum and Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata were extremely undeveloped. However, the postretinal fibres and circumpharyngeal nerves of Ambrostoma quadriimpressum were highly developed. In the three beetles, 5-HT immunoreactivity was present in all neuropils of the brain and the suboesophageal ganglion. The pattern of 5-HT immunoreactivity and the localization of immunoreactive somata which often clustered into groups were similar among these beetles, while the immunoreactivity intensity was distinct, especially in the lamina.

结果显示，分类地位相近的三种甲虫脑结构大小相差悬殊：小青花金龟脑结构相对发达，蕈形体结构显著，具有发达的冠和叶，嗅叶发达；马铃薯瓢虫和榆紫叶甲的冠极度退化，嗅叶相对不发达；但榆紫叶甲具有十分发达的网膜后纤维和围咽神经。5-HT阳性纤维在三种甲虫的所有神经纤维网中几乎都有分布，且反应模式相似，但各神经纤维网特别是神经节层染色强度差异显著。5-HT阳性胞体有成群分布现象，且在三种甲虫脑中的空间分布位置基本一致。
