At first, I developed the principle and restrictive factor to optimize the investment structure of regional industry; Secondly, I applied the Grey Theory to research the relationship between structure of investment and structure of industry, the relationship between structure of industry and economy of region.; Thirdly, Three methods, including AHP, Principal Component Analysis and Relative Potential were exerted to research the order of investment afterward, I developed qualitative analysis to the third industry, and put forward suggest to its progress direction; Fourthly, Using economics and operational researchs thoughtway for reference, I upbuilt the dynamic model of investment portion model.

首先，提出了优化区域产业投资结构的原则和制约因素；其次，运用灰色系统理论对区域的产业结构与整体经济、投资结构与产业结构的关系进行论证分析；第三，建立了区域产业投资结构评价指标体系，并运用AHP法、主成份分析法和相对势法对河北省第一、第二产业投资排序进行了研究，然后，在充分利用现有数据的前提下对第三产业进行了定性的分析，并对第三产业的发展方向提出了建议；第四，借鉴了经济学、管理学、运筹学等一些理论的思想方法，建立了区域产业连续投资分配比例模型；最后，根据河北省情，结合中国进入WTO的过渡期市场环境，提出了一些政策建议，以达到实现河北省产业投资结构优化的目的。

According to the exergy analysis theory, thermoeconomic cost distribution method, autonomous optimization principle and exergy pricing method, analyses the exergy efficiency under different evaporation and condensation temperature and calculates the exergy efficiency of typical air supply method in all-air system.

运用分析理论和热经济学中成本分摊法、孤立优化原理和定价方法理论，分析了制冷系统在不同蒸发温度和冷凝温度下的效率，计算了全空气空调系统几种典型送风方式的烟效率。

The conclusion established some ways to improve the credit risk management such as optimize the national-owned enterprises and commercial banks operation structure; establish new relationship between banks and corporations; optimize bank's internal control system; balancing corporate financing ways, eliminate corporate over-dependency on bank's credit assets, and remove information asymmetric contributed by credit sales.

本文在分析和评述国内外银行信贷资产安全性相关理论的基础上，对银行信贷资产安全性与流动性、盈利性之间的关系、信贷资产安全性的概念、分类进行了界定和分析，在对影响商业银行信贷资产安全性共性因素和我国信贷资产安全性现状进行深入剖析的基础上，紧密结合中国银行业的实际，结合信息经济学、行为金融学的有关理论从产权制度、公司治理结构、融资行为、投资行为、内部控制等方面深入分析了借款企业行为、商业银行行为、政府行为及社会信用环境对信贷资产安全性的影响机理，特别是重点分析了信息不对称条件下商业银行信贷资产安全性生成机理，较系统、全面地论述了影响我国商业银行信贷资产安全性的特殊因素，并运用logistic等统计方法进行信贷资产安全性判别进行了实证研究，构建了我国商业银行信贷资产安全性判别模型，最后在此基础上提出了不断健全完善公司治理结构，树立市场化的新型银企关系；完善商业银行内部控制制度，强化内控执行机制；优化企业融资模式，降低企业对商业银行信贷资金的过度依赖；有效缓解商业银行信贷经营活动中面临的信息不对称程度等加强商业银行信贷资产安全性管理和控制的措施与建议。

This paper provides an international comparative survey of trends in banking industry, and seeks to indentify the way of Chinese banking industry upgrade.In this paper, the theory of industrial organization, institutional economics and the theory of financial innovation are used in the overall analysis of the banking industry in China and developed countries, and the stage of industrial development banks in developed countries are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced stages of development.A comparative indicator of the banking industry model is created.
