The problem how operators should apply customer club marketing strategy became the core issue of this thesis. This thesis reviewed the relationship marketing, customer relationship management and other related theories, and then built the implementing model of customer club marketing,customer club marketing value chain model, on the basis of CRM value chain theory by Francis Buttle.

水稻钵育栽植机的设计是实现水稻钵育栽培技术的关键环节，区别于传统的水稻栽植机其关键部件的设计方法还不成熟，在理论研究方面还不完善。为探索新的设计方法，论述了神经网络算法对农业机械设计的适用性，以自组织特征映射网络SOM 和误差反向传播网络BP为理论基础，将SOM-BP集成神经网络模型应用于水稻钵育栽植机关键部件设计领域，建立神经网络模型，通过集成网络训练，得到设计结果。验证了SOM-BP神经网络在农业机械机设计中的正确性和精确性。

Based on the analysis of the process of free orthogonal metal cutting, the theory of elastic-plastic distortion and temperature field was discussed. Yield rule, intensify rule, fluxion rule, types of contact and diathermanous model of metal cutting were also analyzed detailedly. The FEA model of stress field and temperature field of free orthogonal metal cutting were established by the fundamental idea of FEA. State nonlinear, material nonlinear and geometry nonlinear thermal-stress coupling were analyzed by FEA technology. The separate criterion of chip and dispose of contact types were research emphatically.

Hence, based on cognitive load theory, cognitive theory of multimedia learning, and existing research results, this dissertation investigated the instruction design for managing extraneous, intrinsic and germane cognitive load, as well as the moderate influences of material character and learners\' individual differences. According to existing and current research results, the author integrated the forementioned two theories and advanced an engender and outcome model of cognitive load in multimedia learning.
