The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) According to involved theories of ferromagnetics, the microscopic mechanism of domain structure is analyzed systematically; through the movement variation of domain structure, that is the movement of domain wall and rotation of magnetic moment, the magnetization process is illustrated in an applied magnetic field. Meanwhile, by the use of energy methods, a study is performed on influencing factors of domain movement including stress, dope, scattering field, etc. The influence of various energies is dealt with on the magnetic behavior and parameters of ferromagnetic material; the corresponding theories of the spontaneous magnetization and technical magnetization are also discussed.

本文以此为研究背景，通过理论分析和模型试验，系统地研究了钢结构全磁通应力无损检测技术的基本理论和应用方法，主要研究工作如下：(1)根据铁磁学的相关理论，分析了铁磁材料磁畴结构产生的微观机理，并通过对磁畴结构运动变化规律，即磁畴壁移动和磁矩转动规律的研究，分析了外磁场作用下铁磁材料的磁化过程与一般规律，同时采用能量分析方法，研究了影响铁磁材料磁畴运动的主要因素，包括应力、掺杂和弥散磁场等，探讨了各种能量对铁磁材料磁行为和磁参量的影响，研究了相应的自发磁化理论和技术磁化理论等。

K. H. Roscoe and his fellows of Cambridge University established the first elastoplastic model of soils which is based on classical plastic theory in 1963. However, due to the complexity of soils, the models that based on the classical metal constitutive theory or its modification accounting on the nature of soils have still much limitation when used to express the soil mechanical behavior. For example, the Duncan-Chang's model based on the generalized Hooke's law can not express the dilatancy of the soils. The uniqueness assumption of the direction of the incremental plastic strain in the classical plastic constitutive theory is not in agreement with some soil experiments.

但由于土的复杂性，目前以传统的本构理论为基础考虑土的一些特性而建立的模型在反映土体的力学特性上还存在很大的局限性，如建立于广义虎克定律基础上的Duncan—Chang模型不能反映土的剪胀性，传统的塑性本构理论中认为塑性应变增量方向具有唯一性的假设与一些土体的试验结果不符合。

Using the method of linear response theory in lattice dynamics on the basis of Tyson's model, the response displacements of atoms on cleavage plane at the incipience of brittle fracture was derived and an expression for evaluating brittle fracture surface energy of metals was found.

本文在Tyson模型的基础上，应用点阵动力学线性响应的理论方法，导出了脆断发生时解理面上原子的响应位移，并进而给出金属脆断表面能的计算公式。这种处理方式既保持了解理断裂面是结晶的表现，避免了局域"熔化"和"沸腾"模拟脆断的简单模型中出现的非晶化问题，也对解理面上原子临界位移做了合理估计，避免了人为规定临界位移的随意性，同时，从理论上得出的脆断时产生的声发射信号与实际探测到的量级相近。

At first, in this paper the national and international literature of team and team motivation is summarized. Secondly, based on the analysis of theoretical scientific research personnel and team, the teamwork motivation model is built, and it is achieved that teamwork improves the team output. Later,we lead the reputation that is regarded inexplicit incentive into the scientific research personnel"s utility function, establish a model of their reward, analyze the parameter of reputation"s effect to factor in the contract. After that, it analyses traditional training object selection and whole training object selection among the scientific research team to draw the conclusion that the traditional training object selection has obvious limitations and the whole training has evident advantages. In the end, based on the theoretical study of the psychological contract, we can obtain the effective paths of forming psychological contract among the scientific research team.

本文首先对团队和团队激励方面国内外的文献进行了详尽的综述；其次，在对科研人员及科研团队理论分析的基础上，建立了适合科研团队激励机制的基于团队合作的激励模型，得出成员间互相合作将提高科研团队的产出；然后，将声誉效应和职业生涯时间引入科研团队成员报酬契约，建立了科研团队成员的报酬激励模型，分析声誉系数和职业生涯时间对契约中各要素的影响；接着，通过博弈论知识分析了科研团队培训对象选拔制度，得出以下结论：传统培训对象选拔制度在以团队为主的组织中存在着明显的局限性，全员培训制度具有明显的优势；最后，在对心理契约理论研究的基础上，得出了缔结科研团队心理契约的途径。

The model prediction is also compared with other theoretical models, for example, the Hashin-Shtrikman model for elastic constants and Kerner and Schapery models for thermal expansion coefficient. The model proposed in the present study shows similar precision on the properties of composites as the elastic modulus ratio is lower than 10. However, the elastic modulus ratio is higher than 20, the model proposed in the present study shows improved prediction on the properties of two-phase composites.

并与文献上其他理论模式进行预测性质之比较，例如：用於预测弹性常数的Hashin-Shtrikman模式、以及用於预测热膨胀系数的Kerner 及 Schapery模式，经由比较结果显示，当弹性系数的比值小於10时，本研究所建立的模型之预测值与其他理论模式有相似的精确预测功能，但是当弹性系数的比值大於20时，对於双相复合材料之弹性及热膨胀性质预测，本研究所建立的模型具有较佳的预测结果。
