Jean Bodin (1530-1596) is the political theorist in the sixteenth century. His contribution to the political thought is focused on his theory of state, especially on his theory of sovereignty. In this treatise, the author tries to explain his theory of state systematically, based on the former study. It will include the origin of state, conception of state, end of state, theory of sovereignty and so on .

16世纪法国政治思想家让·布丹（Jean Bodin 1530－1596）在西方政治思想史上的贡献主要集中在他的国家理论，尤其是他的国家主权理论中，本文则试图在总结前人研究成果的基础上，系统论述布丹的国家理论，包括国家的起源、国家的目的、国家主权理论和政体理论等，使其国家理论更加完整，并客观评价他在西方政治思想史上的地位。

何晏、王弼在诠释"有与无"的问题时表现出来的徘徊，为阮籍、嵇康的"越名教而任自然"埋下了理论上的契机，而表现在嵇、阮这里的主体个性的极度张扬以及对社会所造成的冲击，又使得裴頠、郭象在"有与无"的语境中，将关注的焦点放在了更为真实的社会层面之上，而郭象的"游于羿之彀中与独化于玄冥之境"则更是表现出了对"有与无"以及"自然与名教"的双重关注。

With a clear understanding of theory and large numbers of facts, this article analysis the following problems by the view and method called materialist dialectics. First, the concept of information ethics is established when the moment people's life style begins to change in Information Age, with understanding of both the basic principle of moral life and moral problems existing in our society and have knowledge scope range from social practice to abstract theory. Second, the essence and forming rules of information ethics is revealed with the help of studying some basic questions and debating some characteristics from the philosophy point of view. Third, the further analysis of the system formula and social function is founded on debating the theory, which forms the system from the ethics point of view.

本文在梳理理论文献和掌握大量实证材料的基础上，以唯物辩证法的观点和方法为指导，对以下问题进行了分析和讨论：一、从信息时代人们生存方式的变迁入手，明确社会道德生活的基本要求，在认清信息社会存在的道德问题的基础上，从社会实践到理论抽象，确立了信息伦理观念；二、从哲学的角度出发，研究信息伦理生成的基本理论问题，在厘定相关概念的基础上，讨论了信息伦理的特点，揭示了信息伦理的本质及其生成规律；三、从伦理学的角度出发，在讨论构建信息伦理体系的理论依据的基础上，进一步分析了信息伦理的体系结构和社会功能；四、从社会实践的角度出发，研究信息伦理在信息传播过程中的应用问题，从理论回到实践，提出了较为系统的信息伦理原则和信息道德规范。

Therefore, it can be regarded as a great improvement of the investment decision-making theory and methods .This article makes a systematic research on real options theory and method and its application, including the following several main aspects:Firstly, it makes a detailed discussion about the common theoretical basis of financial options and real options, including no-arbitrage equilibrium principle, risk-neutral definition, complete market and dynamic tracking.Secondly, it analyze three basic characteristic of investment decision-making in modern market economic system: irreversibility, uncertainty and flexibility, and from the angle of their mutual quantitative and qualitative interactions, it makes a comparison between the traditional NPV methods and real options methods and makes a summary of the general analytical methods of real options.Thirdly, it discusses the all elements in the application of real options such as the ^leakages in value of real assets, basis risk, and private risk, and furthermore, it attempts to put forth a normalized strategy of its application and construct a basic framework of its application.Fourthly, it applies real options theory to strategetic investment of enterprises and the buy-out of company, putting forth a value model for strategetic investment program and making a concrete analysis of its application to buy-out. Furthermore, it advocates that a flexible investment decision-making system should be setup according to real options theory in our country.

本文对实物期权理论和方法及其应用进行了系统研究，主要内容包括如下几个方面：(1)详细讨论了金融期权和实物期权共同的理论基础，主要包括无套利均衡原理、风险中性定义、完全市场以及动态复制方法，对这些理论方法的探讨既是本文的出发点和基础，它们提供了研究实际应用实物期权的一个基准点，也是贯穿全文的线索和灵魂；(2)分析了现代市场经济体系中投资决策的三个基本特征即不可逆性、不确定性和时机选择，并从它们数量上和质量上相互作用的重要意义的角度，分析了传统的净现值法与实物期权方法的差异，指出了净现值法在不确定环境中存在的缺陷及实物期权处理投资灵活性的价值，并将净现值法纳入实物期权投资分析决策体系当中，总结了企业投资决策实物期权的一般分析方法；(3)探讨了实物期权应用中要考虑的各种要素，如实物资产的价值漏损、基差风险和非市场风险等，并进一步提出了实物期权应用的规范化策略和构建了一个实际应用实物期权方法的基本框架，尝试将期权的基本原理与企业在现实经济环境中投资决策的要素结合起来，从而可以在一定程度上超越期权的复杂的数学计算而汲取期权思想的精华，从而促进期权决策方法在实际投资决策中的应用；(4)将实物期权方法应用于企业战略投资，得出了战略投资项目的价值模型，指出可以将实物期权理论和方法应用于企业并购，分析了应用的具体方面，并提出应根据实物期权理论建立一套适合我国企业的灵活的投资决策系统。

Ernest August Gutt has been engaged in this domain and made great achievements.A systematic research on Gutt"s translation theory clarifies some misunderstandings concerning this theory, disclosing its true nature and exploring its explanatory power to translation practice. Furthermore this thesis probes into the application of Gutt"s theory to literary translation, pointing out that Gutt fails to realize the important role that non-formal aesthetic markers, such as tone and feeling, play in transferring aesthetic values in literary translation, though he lays much emphasis on the transference of formal aesthetic markers. Attempts have been made to amend Gutt"s theory in respect of transferring aesthetic values of literary work by means of "non-formal aesthetic markers, with the aim of making it more suitable for literary translation between Chinese and English.

本文简述了关联理论的基本内容，对恩斯特·奥古斯特·格特根据关联理论建立的关联翻译理论作了较为全面、系统的研究；梳理、分析了译界对它的研究情况和接受情况，澄清了译界对关联翻译理论的种种错误认识；探讨了该理论对翻译现象的强大解释力；最后对格特理论在汉英文学翻译实践中的局限性进行了有益探索，指出了格特理论在文学作品的美学价值的再现上存在不足：格特忽视了美的非形式特征在文学作品的美学价值的再现上所起的重要作用；并结合自己的翻泽研究和实践，从美的形式特征和非形式特征两个方面，用具体译例阐释了文学翻译如何再现原作美学价值的问题，力求使该理论更适合于汉英文学翻译。
