Aiming at this problem,the concept of the second order power spectrum was proposed based on the characteristic of the amplitude tune with pe- riodical notch spectrum in thin layer and theoretically researched.

为此，从薄层振幅调谐具有周期性陷频谱特征出发，提出了二阶功率谱的概念，从理论上对薄层的二阶功率谱特征进行了研究，建立了薄层厚度与二阶功率谱极大值之间的对应关系，给出了利用二阶功率谱进行薄层厚度预测的理论依据和方法，即根据薄层厚度和二阶功率谱的能量关系制作二阶功率谱图，图上强能量团对应的时间即为薄层时间厚度。

The corresponding relationship between the thickness of thin layers and the maximum value of second order power spectrum was established. The theoretical criteria and method for the thickness estimation by second order power spectrum were given. The second order power spectrum map is made by the energy relationship between the thickness of thin layers and the second order power spectrum, and the time responding to strong energy on the map is the time of thin layer.

In this paper, nanopowders of rare earth oxides and tungsten were prepared and 0-3 type nano-composit rare earth tungsten thermionic emission materials were fabricated with novel technics. The raw material selection, preparation technic parameter, structure, physical and chemical characteristic, the rare earth distribution and the emission behavior were studied. The influence between the active layer and the thermionic emission performance, rare earth elements diffusion and distribution along depth were investigated in detail. The surplus RE formation and the electron transfer were discussed in theoretically. The thermionic emission current density of the single surplus RE on the active layer was educed. We adopted "liquid-liquid mixing, freeze-drying and two stage-reduction" working step firstly to produce the RE-W nanopowders including La-W powder, Ce-W powder and Y-W powder.

By carefully delineating the cultural root of the formation of Stalinist mode with regard to the historical, theoretical, and practical environment analysis, the thesis reveals the significant connections between the problems faced by the "intelligentsia hierarchs" in their attempts to erect a new culture, along with the limitations exposed through these attempts, and the Russian history, culture and traditions. Although the disciplinary character of the proletarian\'s political party theory also played part of the role in this Stalinist mode formation process, the absolutization of the disciplinary character was in fact also a derivative of the culture and tradition. In other words, the revolutionary intelligentsia deeply influenced by the Russian culture and tradition was the major undertakers or the main body to construct Stalinist mode.

论文通过从历史上、理论上和现实环境中分析论证斯大林模式产生的文化根源，揭示了权力知识人在建构新文化中所面临的种种问题以及他们自身暴露的缺陷都与俄国历史文化传统有极大的关系，虽然无产阶级政党理论本身的内在规定性也有一定的联系，但这种内在规定性被绝对化实际上也是离不开文化传统，由此可以这样说：深受俄国文化传统影响的革命知识分子是建构斯大林模式的主要承担者或主体。

In order to research the mechanism and effect of hydrodynamic cavitational enhancement, find the basic rule which affected it. The work has been carried out as following.First, an effective equipment of hydrodynamic cavitition is built. Second, we find a new method to capture the free radicals, which is used to measure the amount of hydroxyl. And its correlation with the intensity of cavitation has been studied aims at analyzing the effect of various factors on the yield of hydroxyl, achieving the optimum hydrodynamic cavitation conditions. Then, hydrodynamic cavitation is used to the degradation of organic wastewaters containing rhodamine B, and sterilization of biologic wastewaters containing enterobacter aerogenes. Finally, numerical simulation based on computer fluid dynamic has been made for verifying the effect of hydrodynamic cavitation theoretically.

为了探求水力空化强化效应的机制和效果，寻求影响空化强化效应的基本规律，本论文就此开展了如下研究工作：设计建立实用有效的水力空化实验装置；建立空化自由基捕捉新方法，并以此定量检测水力空化羟自由基，研究空化羟自由基产量与空化强度的关系，研究各种因素对空化自由基产量的影响，以寻求最佳空化强化条件；在此基础上，进行了水力空化对含罗丹明B有机废水降解处理、对含产气肠杆菌生物污水杀菌处理研究，实验检验水力空化的强化效果；根据计算流体力学理论对空化流场进行数值模拟，从理论上验证水力空化的发生效果。
