Finally, the paper analyzed the theory and the actuality of Chinese tolling system, pointed out that there are two ways to enhance the efficiency of tolling system. The first is to improve the pricing theory, and a new theory focusing on the benefit of the road user is brings forward. The second is to improve the theory of road compensation. A thought of new method to compensate road capital is put forward, and the significance is explained.

最后，本文通过对我国公路收费制度的理论和现状进行分析，指出提高收费制度效率的措施有两个，其一是对我国收费标准的理论进行改进，提出了以使用者收益为核心的收费标准制定理论；其二是对公路资产补偿理论的拓展，提出了零基补偿的思路并分析了其对公路收费制度的意义。

本文从对伯明翰学派理论架构的社会历史背景和思想理论来源分析入手，着重论证了伯明翰学派关于&大众&在大众文化活动中的主体地位思想，在与法兰克福学派大众文化理论的非大众性批判的比较中，看到了西方大众文化理论研究中出现的从&批判&到&理解&的转向。

Secondly, in the dissertation, the theories and methods of calculation on bridge deck system were discussed, and bridge deck system simplified as a beam was analyzed with the theory of elastically supported continuous beam and the method of deformation compatibility; through the theory of orthotropic plate being applied to analyzing the bridge deck system which was assumed an elastically supported continuous plate, certain theoretical derivations were made and some calculation formulas were given.

本文分为五部分，第一部分为绪论，介绍了论文选题的原因、意义、研究现状等；第二部分运用文献研究法分析了平等和权利两大理论，从概念的诠释、性质、发展、辨析等方面奠定了大学生主张就业平等权的理论基础，从而在理论上纠正了现实社会的理解偏差，树立了正确的平等权利的理论价值判断；第三部分是难点部分，综合运用各种方法，详细剖析了大学生就业平等权利受到的种种侵害，从社会关系的不平等到用人单位设置的年龄、性别、户籍等不平等门槛，强有力的说明了大学生主张就业平等权的现实必要性和紧迫性；第四部分用案例分析法重点列举了大学生主张就业平等权的典型案例以及其现实意义与不足之处，从大学生的主张就业平等权的。

ABSTRACT The paper mainly studies the variable structure adaptive control theory for uncertain systems, and applicated the theory into the designs of bank-to-turn missile autopilots. The main contributions of the paper are as follows:(1) Under the condition that all the matched or mismatched parameter, input and disturbance uncertainties exist, a complete set of variable structure control system design and analysis method is proposed and investigated, which brecks throush the serious confines of variable structure invariance conditions theoretically and widen the application area of the VSC theory greatly.
