Methods:The serum globulin,IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 were determined by an auto-biochemical analyzer,and CEA were determined by radio-immunity method in 80 patients,while patients with pneumonia and healthy people as controls.The method of statistical analysis was SPSS.

用自动生化分析仪和放免法定量测定80例肺癌患者的血清球蛋白、IgG、IgA、IgM及补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)的量，设肺炎和正常人两组为对照组，运用SPSS软件进行统计。
