Methods A randomized, study was used in patients who received HD-DDP (100mg/m^2) treatment. All patients were randomized into the test group (used HD-DDP and arginine) and the control group (used HD-DDP along). L-arginine was used simultaneously with DDP and the dosage was 10g/(m^2d).β2-MG in urine before and 24 hours after using HD-DDP were measured respectively. The varity of β2-MG were examined and analysed.

对适合用大剂量顺铂(100mg/平方公尺)化疗的患者随机分为研究组和对照组，两组形成自身对照（即1例患者的2个周期进行自身对照）。L-精氨酸的用法为10g/，在用顺铂的当天给予，比较研究组与对照组化疗后24h尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化。
