球杆菌

The first method adopts different kind microbes to ferment buckwheatextraction. The method can increase DCI and its derivation content in buckwheat seed solution, while itreduces sugar content in extraction. The research adopts Saccharomyces cerevisia, Mucor, Bacterium coli, Torulopsis apicola, Aspergillus oryzae Bacillus subtilis, Candida mycoderma, Black mold that inoculate inbuckwheat extraction. Determine content change of various compotent with tracing.

方法一采用不同种类微生物发酵荞麦提取物，增加荞麦籽粒水溶液中D-手性肌醇及其衍生物的含量，同时减少提取物中总糖含量，本研究采用酿酒酵母、毛霉、大肠杆菌、蜜蜂生球拟酵母、米曲霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、解酯假丝酵母、黑曲霉接种于荞麦提取物中进行培养，并跟踪测定提取物中各种成分的含量变化。

Results The phenotypical features of galactococcus MG 1363, IL 1403 and Lactobacillus ATCC 4356 accorded with that in the Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology.

结果 乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种MG 1363、IL 1403及嗜酸乳杆菌ATCC 4356其表型特征分别与伯杰氏手册中相应细菌特征一致。

RESULTS The Gram-positive cocci were 135 cases in 207 caes patients of bloody infection (56.2%). The proportion of opportunistic pathogens rose (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The incidence of children was higher than adult (58:42). The infant of ＜1 year was 36.2%. The newborn of＜30d was 31.4%.192 cases patients(92.8%) had protopathy or complicating diseases. No-normal birth was important susceptible factor to nowborn of bloody infection. The septicemia of Gram-negative bacillus, nowborn of no-normal birth and other septicemia of be accompanied by severe disease were main cause of death in our guoup.

结果 207例血液感染以G＋球菌为主(56.2％)，且条件致病菌感染有增多趋势(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；儿童发病显著高于成人(58：42)，其中＜1岁婴幼儿占36.2％，＜30d新生儿占31.4％；192例(92.8％)有原发病或夹杂病；非正常生产已成为了新生儿血液感染的重要易感因素；G－杆菌败血症、不正常分娩新生儿以及伴有严重疾病的其他败血症患者是本组病例的主要死亡原因。

Results 336strains of pathogenic bacteria were separated from the urine sample of2865cases and the detectable rate was11.73%of the336separated strains the number of strains of gram negative bacilli was226,the gram positive cocci is92and the fungi is18.the positive rate of escherichia coli was the highest followed by co-agulase negative staphylococci,klebsiella pneumoniae and blue verditer pseudomonas.highest resistance to penicillins and cephalosporins was obsered.

结果 从2865份尿标本中分离出336株病原菌，检出率为11.73%。其中革兰阴性杆菌226株，革兰阳性球菌92株，真菌18株。阳性率最高的是大肠埃希菌，其次是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌。药敏结果对青霉素类、头孢类抗生素的耐药率较高。

Results The incidence of VAP was 51 .5%.79 bacteria and 34 mycete were isolated.

结果VAP的发生率为51.5%，共培养出细菌79株，真菌34株；其中革兰阴性杆菌70株，革兰阳性球菌9株，VAP居首位的细菌是铜绿假单胞菌。
