This paper researches on three factors, including the proportion of coccus and bacillus with high capacity of producing EPS respectively, ferment temperature andthe proportion of inoculation,impact on the yoghurt production and itsquality.

Results Isolating 1 358 pathogenic bacteria from 4 665 samples,which include 1 217 bacilli and 141 fungus.Among the 1 217 bacilli,Gram negative bacilli and Gram positive coccus were 800(65.7 %) and 417(34.3 %) respectively.

结果4 665份标本中，分离到1 358株病原菌，其中细菌1 217株，真菌141株；1 217株细菌中，革兰阴性杆菌800株，占65.7%；革兰阳性球菌417株，占34.3%。

Results: 41 patients had lower tract infection,24 were G- bacillus patients,accounted for 63.4%,15 were G+ coccus,accounted for 36.6%,11 were staphylococcus patients,bacteria drug resistance was higher among these patients.

结果：重症脑出血微创术后气管切开病人下呼吸道感染41例，其中G-杆菌26例占63.4%，G+球菌15例占36.6%，其中金葡菌11例，药敏仍以敏感菌株为主，但耐药菌株有增多趋势。
