玻璃化

The method of vitrification cryopreservation of mouse 2-cell embryos was studied. Several vitrification solutions named EFS30, EFS40, EDFS30 and EDFS40 were prepared. The solution contains ethylene glycol, Ficoll, sucrose and DMSO. Straw method was used to vitrify and cryopreservate in vivo mouse 2-cell embryos at room temperature (20℃ or 25℃). OPS method was used to vitrify the embryo at 25 ℃ or 37℃.

本试验以毒性低、渗透性较强的乙二醇和DMSO为主体，添加聚蔗糖、蔗糖配制的玻璃化溶液(EFS30、EFS40、EDFS30和EDFS40)，在室温(20℃和25℃)下利用细管法，以及在25℃和37℃恒温台条件下OPS法对小鼠2-细胞胚胎进行玻璃化冷冻保存，并对解冻后胚胎的体外培养、囊胚细胞计数及胚胎移植技术进行了研究。

PartⅡFeasibility of vitrifying normospermic samples using droplets without cryoprotectans Objective Discuss the feasibility of droplets to vitrify normospermic samples without cryoprotectants. Methods Normal prepared sperm were frozen by conventional freezing protocol and non-cryoprotectant freezing in droplets respectively. Freezing in droplets means freezing sperm in every 10ul drop. After thawing, compared the two groups'sperm mobilities.

第二部分微滴法无保护剂玻璃化冷冻正常精子的可行性探讨目的探讨在不添加冷冻保护剂的情况下微滴法玻璃化冷冻正常精子的可行性方法收集16份正常精液标本，上游处理后分别进行慢速冷冻和微滴法冷冻，微滴法即用拉细巴氏管将标本形成10ul的液滴，直接投入液氮内冻存，复苏后镜检其活动率。

The investigation showed that the glass-transition of diacetate fiber appeared at 184℃, and the β(superscript *) andγrelaxations were humidity-dependent.

研究表明：二醋酸纤维的玻璃化转变温度为184℃左右，在玻璃化转变温度以下，其β和γ松弛与纤维的含水率有关。

The glass transition temperatures of the o-CFER/DDE isothermally cured partially are determined by means of torsional braid analysis, and the results show that Tg increased with conversion.

用动态力学谱仪测定了o-CFER/DDE 体系在不同固化程度下的玻璃化转变温度，结果表明固化体系的玻璃化温度随反应程度的增加而升高。

Results Both EDS-40 and EFS-40 solutions had vitrifying effects. The survival rates of EFS-40, EDS-40 and control group were 69.6%, 82.14% and 86.78% respectively; the merogenic rates of EFS-40, EDS-40 and control groups were 54.4%, 66.96% and 80.99% respectively.

结果 两种玻璃化溶液能达到玻璃化效果；EFS-40、EDS-40及对照组冷冻复温后的存活率分别为：82.14%、86.78%、69.6%；EFS-40、EDS-40及对照组冻胚的卵裂率分别为：66%、96%、80.99%、54.4%。

The feasibility of the equipment to measure Tg of amorphous powder is verified with a lot of experimentl results.The Tgs of some typical starches such as corn, pachyrhizus, buckwheat and pea in different water content are obtained by TDA. It is found that the water has plastic effect on starch and the Tg of starch decreases with the increase of water content. Through this study a quantitative expression is established to relate Tg and water content, and it is testified with experimental results for the sticky rice starch with different water content.

采用热膨胀法测定不同含水量下玉米、地瓜、荞麦、豌豆淀粉的玻璃化转变温度，得到了随着含水量的增加Tg降低的关系，探讨了水的增塑作用及影响机理，得到含水量与Tg的定量表达式，并用糯米淀粉的实验值对该关联式的有效性进行了验证，为预测不同含水量的淀粉的玻璃化转变温度及对淀粉的储藏加工提供了理论依据。

The phenomenon of vitrification could restore significantly after culture 2 or 3 generations in the culture medium without hormone. The differentiation ability of protocorm restored and the state of plant growth was consistent with the formal protocorm. It could continue applying to the manufacture of tissue culture.

玻璃化类原球茎在无植物生长调节剂培养基中经2~3代恢复培养后，数量下降到0.84%，玻璃化现象可得到明显恢复，恢复后的类原球茎的分化能力和植株生长状态与正常类原球茎一致，无变异现象发生，可继续应用于组培生产。

The explants which showed vitrification could regerminate normal tepals when transfered to the medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.2 mg/L and NAA 0.005 mg/L, which demonstrates that decreasing the concentration of exogenous hormones could inhibit the vitrification.

玻璃化反应的外植体转移至MS附加6-BA 0.2 mg／L、NAA 0.005 mg／L的培养基上继续培养30 d后可再生正常的花被片，表明降低培养基中外源激素浓度能够阻止玻璃化反应继续发生。3。

Apparent different thermal behaviors between micro-PS and o-PS were observed during DSC scan: micro-PS displayed an irregular exotherm aboveglass transition and an exotherm of about 6.4 J/g at around 157 ℃ during the firstscan, and only one glass transition similar to o-PS was shown in the subsequent scan.

具体表现为两者在热行为方面的差异：第一次DSC扫描过程中，micro-PS出现两个放热峰，第一个不规则且与玻璃化转变重叠，第二个在157 ℃；而第二次DSC扫描则仅表现出与o-PS一样的玻璃化转变。
