The author gave a deep investigation to the urban construction in Huaning county.On the basis of analyzing the urban construction and development of Huaning county, the author found out the existing deficiencies of the urban construction , and gave some improvements suggestions.Hope to build a new Huaning concordantly.

本文作者对华宁县的城镇建设现状作了详细调研，在分析华宁县城镇建设与发展的条件的基础上，找出华宁县城镇建设中存在的不足，并提出改进意见，以期建设一个人类与环境更加和谐的新华宁。
