In term of analysis and comparison of differences on ornamental plants among UPOV 1991 and 1978 Convention, and Chinese Regulation on PVP, this paper focus on the specialty of PVP for asexual fruit crops and ornamental plants, and feasibility and advantage of UPOV 1991 Convention to them, such as essentially derived variety and farmers' privilege. Meanwhile, based on present situation of flower Industry development, breeding and creation, and world trade of floricultural crops, the author points out the opportunity and challenge of flower Industry development in China, and proposes a strategy of IPR and PVP on Chinese flower industry.

First, the actuality of Jiangyin bridge's deck surfacing are reviewed. Improper materials and pavement structures, severe conditions, overload and heavy traffic are deemed to be the main factors which result to deterioration of the deck surfacing. Then, programme of local repair asphalt mixture design has been proposed. It is considered that epoxy asphalt mixture and guss asphalt mixture are propitious to the local repair. The epoxy asphalt is also chosen as the adhesive layer material. Next, two pavement structures for steel deck plate surfacing have been tested. The most suitable asphalt surfacing structures have been proposed for the local repair. Finally, the elaborate local repair schemes of Jiangyin bridge's deck surfacing are proposed.

Starting with the elevation of underground water resources and a safe level of mining through variable system theory, this paper analyzes the conditions of underground water resources based on the well-studied determination method of determining the two hydrographical coefficients: rainfall infiltration replenishment rate and irrigation replenishment rate. Then considering irrigation, rainfall, drainage and other related factors, a mathematical model is set up for the calculation of underground water storage,exploitation on water regulation. After analyzing the adaptability of molepipe drainage, an underground water table regulation is given out.
论文从灌区的地下水资源及其可开采量评价分析方面入手,在对两个主要的水文地质参数即降雨入渗补给系数、灌溉入渗补给系数确定方法研究的基础上,对灌区的地下水资源状况进行分析,依据灌区的灌溉、降雨、排水条件及各种现状因素,建立了地下水资源量计算的数学模型,西安理工大学工程硕士专业学位论文计算得到青铜峡灌区地下水的最大补给量和可开采量;另外对在开发利用地下水资源过程中的地下水位的调控进行了初步的探讨,在银北灌区开展对暗管排水调控地下水位的试验研究。

Chapter seven tries to analyze and reflect the current courses in national school education and its disadvantages of isolating from its native culture and living practice from the position that the realization of its educational function relies on the widely identification of national school education. It proposes that the essence of national education is "the education of national culture", the aquisition of native knowledge is obtained on the basis of practical mode of acquisition, hence the author tries to provide some constructive suggestions that school education in minority areas should return to native knowledge and culture, and the construction of the interactive relationship between schools and communities should be established.
